Staff is very rude, took them 10min to get us seated and there was literally only 2 customers in the whole restaurant, which means that they were obviously not busy at all.. also there’s been so many times that I ask for stuffed crust pizza and they say that they don’t have it… How in the world could that be??? They’re making a pizza with cheese but they can’t make a stuffed crust because they say they don’t have cheese, but then they ask me if I want extra cheese in my pizza! How in the world can that be??? ???.. I don’t get it!! It’s just not the place to dine-in here in Crete ZERO STAR rating⭐️

March 3 24. We order the $7 pizza and the $7 melt. It was delicious. It was hot and ready when they said it would be. The girl at the window was friend and smiling. If she was the new manager then pizza hut has a winner. Keep up the good work. We will be back .
Let me tell you.. this place is a joke! Placed my order for delivery and an hour and a half go by i call asking about my order the lady told me she left me a message that they didn't have a driver for tonight. Which is fine but i NEVER got a message from them. By time i got home my food was cold and the order was all wrong. One of my pizza's didn't even have sauce! Don't even waste your time or money.

I placed an order online at 5:30pm. It said it would be a 90min wait. It never came. I tracked it n called n it said my order was being worked on but never showed up. My last call it said my order was canceled but I was never notified.

Arrived on a Saturday at noon said only open for carry out. There wasn’t enough employees, but yet three of them were outside on their smoke break. Have time to smoke but now time to serve customers what a joke.

Pizza Hut is so bad you don't even know when it's going to be open. If you want to have a beer they make you give them your driver's license so they can write all your information in a back book and have you sign it. I found that the manager is very rude and we counted 55 times the phone rang while we were eating. They didn't even answer to say they were going to close.
