This afternoon, I went to Crete Scooters where I was greeted with a warm welcome. While ordering, it was fast and friendly service. I was greeted by two Baristas, Madison and Katy. They presented my drink with an amazing attitude!! Definitely recommend

As a single mother trying to order a coffee over my twins arguing in the backseat. I was disappointed when I came up to the window and an employee was sarcastically complaining to all other employees about the fact that I ordered my coffee without saying Large first. I was extremely polite when ordering and I apologized after realizing I explained my coffee order without the size first. The “I’m going to start congratulating people for ordering in a nice way” and then giggly “whoops” once she was informed I was the customer at the window that she was talking about was unprofessional.
Ordered warm drinks on a cold day and they were room temp at best. Friendly enough servers. For the price of these small cups of coffee I expect perfection. This was far from it. Likely not returning to this location.

Scooters coffee. You guys have some excellent coffee. I stayed at the hotel at the top of the hill and they had no hot breakfast, no breakfast at all really. So my daughter and I walked down the hill and was hoping for a little cafe but to my surprise it was just a drive thru. But that did stop us. Your staff was still eager to help us out. We walked around to the menu and was greeted with a warm “ hi, how may I help you”. The pumpkin spice latte was very delicious and my wife’s cold brew was very tasty. My wife did not care to much for the turkey sausage but I did enjoy it. Food was very pleasant and hot. We all started our day off right.
