Called Crete subway at 7:30pm letting them know I am bringing a basketball team in the next day between 9:45-10am. They could not serve 18 people with me giving them a heads up. She said they would not have enough time to make the bread. Apparently this place does not need business. We will be eating somewhere else or making our own sandwiches.

The young guy behind the counter was patient and nice. My friend and I stayed past closing time unknowingly and he kindly asked us to leave by saying "sorry, I'm supposed to shut the lights off now". I got a big chuckle out of his remark. ?Will return in the future!Glad to see young people still out there working!!
Ordered online for in-store pickup at Subway in Crete. We asked for both subs with mayo and vinaigrette and toasted, neither had sauce and both were cold. Please read and follow instructions.

This was a very bad experience. The workers were very rude and impatient. The lobby was very dirty. There were ants crawling on our table and the seats. The bread was very hard and nasty and fell apart very easy. They were out of pepper jack cheese. Lastly they yelled at someone because they didn't order fast enough. Don't come to this subway. It is poorly ran.

We ordered online and picked our sandwiches they were very kind until we returned a couple minutes later. My sisters sandwich had onions on it when she is allergic to and she had already told them that it was her fault, but she couldn’t eat it. So she asked them to remake her sandwich, to which one of the workers said that they would remake it. So we went in to tell her what we wanted on the sandwich and the other worker told us we would have to pay for the sandwich. But my sister did not want to have to buy a third sandwich knowing she couldn’t eat the first one. The workers insisted they she pay for the new sandwich until someone else stepped in ( I assume that it was the manager) and told them to make the sandwich free of charge, and apologized to us.
