We have been 3 times this week. Food is delicious. Service is lacking. 4 girls standing around behind the bar and seemed bothered when drinks are needed. Tonight, the large groups with the large liquor bill received premium service however, a table of 2 is not worth their time. I pride myself on being a great tipper so it is not enjoyable to leave 10% or less but I won't tip when it is not deserved. Hopefully a little more training will be helpful!
We had a group of 28 there for dinner to celebrate a 65th wedding anniversary a couple weeks ago (Feb. 8). We called ahead for a reservation, and when we arrived they had tables all ready and a separate area for us. Now, 28 is a huge party, all ordering off the menu. They worked very efficiently to get drinks and take orders. Here's what REALLY IMPRESSED me.
