Pop N Docs is a river staple, it’s very good “bar food” and they often have live music. I mean where else can you go in a boat or by car! Ride here on your motorcycle or pull up in your boat! This place is very unique. We saw toddlers to people in their 70’s they are welcoming to all. A great small town experience to pull from miles. Found this little out of the way place about an hour from our house. We didn't realize we came on the last day they were open for the season, so they had a limited menu. We had chicken sandwich and straps, both with fries and they were pretty good. They were crunchy and fresh, tasty and filling. It was nice weather so we sat on the patio and ate. I suppose during peak season it is more interesting to watch out there with boats coming in and out from the river to dock
The Alaskan walleye was great! They had a band playing when I arrived. Ordered food at the counter and they brought it to me in a timely fashion. All pretty much, get up and get what you want as far as drinks, silverware etc. Nice outdoor, covered patio. I drove over an hour to try the food. The soft drink dispenser was out of syrup for most selections and turned down for the few that worked. I would recommend buying the bottled pop, if you don't drink.
