What a wonderful place to stop and have a beverage or a great meal. The owners are remarkable people willing to do what it takes for the community. What a wonderful atmosphere. They have done amazing things there.
My husband and I went to the Whiskey Barrel for our weekly date night. This was our first time there since the opening. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip as our app. It was good. We were a little disappointed that they were out of baguette. Understandable though. For our dinner, we shared a fillet, mac and cheese, and French fries. The fillet is the best steak you'll get south of Lincoln. Trust me, I've tried them all. Good char, cooked to our temp and seasoned...
AMAZING FOOD with great presentation!! They seemed short staffed but the waitresses and bartender were very kind and did their absolute best! The new renovation has completely changed the atmosphere- we had a nice relaxing night with dinner and drinks. We loved it and will definitely be back!
