Great experience and the food was good. I gave 3 stars because I called multiple times to speak to someone about reservations since the recording said you could do it online but there was no where on the website to do it. No one answered and I just got voicemail. I called a dozen times and nothing. Not good to not answer your phones and your website should offer the option especially if you say it does. Also, no one responded to my FB message either. Not good for a business.

The food was good and the service was the wait staff was great. However, we ordered 3 pizzas and two came out relatively quick. The third one came out almost 25 minutes later — after everyone else was done. No explanation — this is unacceptable kitchen service. Then to add insult to injury there was no reduction in the bill or comped items — ruined the whole experience. I do not plan to return with such poor kitchen service.

It seems like it's rare to receive great service anymore, but Backlot's service was amazing. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. The pizza was delicious and we will be back for the Hot Honey drizzle.

Spinach and artichoke dip was awesome. Cool little bar. Nice dining area. Hooked into the movie theater. I will have to go back and try the Detroit style pizza for $9 during happy hour 3 - 6. They said it's the same in Aksarben village will have to call and verify.

This is a nice, chill restaurant right off of the movie theatre. The kids menu was affordable and they all cleared their plates. The ancho chicken wrap was absolutely delicious, too. Definitely coming back again soon.

Had the corned beef sandwich which was HUGE and tasty. Wife had a French dip which she loved. Only issue was the music was way too loud to the point of use having to stream at each other to have a conversation but they turned it down when asked.

Took my daughter here, as we were new to the area, and she really wanted pizza. I had no idea it was officially attached to the theater. I guess I didn't look close enough. But that's neither here nor there.
The food was delightful and great portions to share! However, we have 2 vary different diets and flavor preferences, so we each took home half a pizza.
I got the wild flavor pizza with balsamic vinaigrette, and she went with more of a class pizza. Both delicious 😋
The atmosphere was crowded (and the booths are quite close to each other) it was a touch awkward at times. The service was good. Only the mishap we encountered was not changing the house dressing out for ranch, as I requested when I ordered. But it was someone different who delivered. Maybe that's why.
Anyhow, it's neat place. Thanks for the unique flavors and food.
