Do not come to this location, 9 times out of 10 I have to find a new gas station because this one is either broken or "offline". Just went to get some air in my tires because I know they have a machine here and it said "owner has disabled card payments". This isn't the first time this has happen either.I've gone in there to get a fountain drink before and they're always flat. Just a very disappointing Casey's.

This Casey’s station seems like they transported it from the worst area of town and plopped it into Elkhorn. Most of the pumps don’t work, the inside is consistently disgusting, broken machines everywhere, graffiti outside; the list goes on. Casey’s is already the Wal-Mart of gas stations in my opinion, and this store only further reinforces that opinion. Find a Hy-Vee gas or Kum & Go if you can.

Poor quality. This station had one redeeming quality from when it used to be a Bucky's - there was a real air compressor in back where you could air your tires up at no charge. In the last couple months they did away with the good compressor and installed the standard, slow gas station air compressor that makes you pay - for very slow tire inflation. This is the last straw, I won't go back.Added to that its already a very poor station - unclean, they are usually out of half the things the chain carries, and the staff are pretty much incompetent and sketchy looking. Might be 5 staff working - one mans the cash register while the other stand around talking.This location either needs to close or change management. Go elsewhere, this place is no good.

I live just down the block, and I will do anything to not go to this location. Employees are rude, and just simply don't care about anything. Place is almost never in stock with some of the most common stuff. Manager either needs to be strongly reprimanded or replaced. Be better.

Please, please corporate Casey's fix this store. The management is absolutely horrendous. Daytime staff is aggressively rude, but I will say that nightime staff is pleasant and friendly. Bathrooms are NEVER clean and reek of stale urine. Things are constantly out of stock with boxes on the floor at all hours of the day. Pizza is regularly sold out. Some mornings there will be no donuts because staff didn't get there on time, without apology. Drink station is always dirty, sticky, not stocked with cups, trash all over the floor. The check out line is a mile long because the manager NEVER leaves her desk to jump on a register to help the 1 checkout clerk. It seems there is always a minumum of 5 gas pumps not working. The credit card readers inside and outside are always out of order. The receipt paper in the pumps is rarely stocked. The windshield wash stations usually don't have fluid.I could go on.And the obvious answer here is "go somewhere else" right? Well unfortunately when you bought this Bucky's location, you bought the only diesel fuel station for miles so contractors are kinda stuck going there. That being said, us contractors love Casey's. We love the donuts and pizza. We love the prices. We love the rewards system. We just hate this particular location. Look at the other 1 star reviews, it's not just me. Please fix this store so we can continue to enjoy our Casey's patronage.

Just spoke with the Casey’s pump repair man less than a week ago and talked about the gas pump major issue here. He was taking bags off and fixing whatever needed fixing at the time. I’m back today and 5 more pumps are bagged. Also the pump I was able to use did not offer a receipt and instructed me to go inside. These are ongoing issues at this location. Many people complain but Casey’s will not make the necessary corrections. Your repair man said this location makes too much money for Casey’s to consider closing it once you open your new location down the street les than a mile away. Please make an investment in all new pumps here if you care at all about customer service.

Consistently having issues with credit card readers and pumps out of order. Also when the pumps work, flow is very slow.

Disappointed, this use to be a premium Casey's. Coffee machines needing service. Water running from men's urinal. Hopefully, someone steps up to bring it back.

First off the gas here is so bad my engine was cutting down power just so it wouldn't kill it. The inside is always trashed. Just went in to see if they had a 15 amp fuse for my car. Asked the guy at the front and instead of just telling me they didn't have any he decided to talk down to me like I was an idiot saying I was in the wrong store that's O'Reilly's down the street. Then keeps going on about how no gas station has ever carried an auto fuse and gets all mad and tells me in a condescending tone to have a good night. Unreal. Has to be the worst Casey's I've ever been to.

Save yourself the time and drive somewhere else. Employees are RUDE TO YOU. Especially the older blonde girl, she looks like a manager but not sure who would ever give her that position.Location is always out of stock of everything, and more than half the pumps never work.If you want to stay in a good mood during your day, never step foot in this location.

This is the WORST gas station ever. There's always a line going all the way to the back cooler because they only have one register that you can pay for gas on. At all the other registers they tell people "you have to swipe your card 3 times for it to be rejected enough just to use the chip reader" and I feel bad for anyone who doesn't know to just use the "tap" feature instead. Whoever the franchise owner is of this particular location ought to feel embarrassed for how poorly run their establishment is. If I were to take a wild guess the owners must be elderly and are being taken advantage of by whoever is actually running this place. I would fire ALL of management. I could go on for days about why this place is so bad. Nothing is ever in stock, the kitchen food is TERRIBLE, DO NOT GET ANYTHING THAT WAS COOKED IN THE FRYER. Either they don't know how to properly clean a fryer or they just don't do a good enough job at it. Long slow lines, terrible food, trashed bathrooms, poor management, unstocked coolers (I've had to go into the "employees only" door to get in there and grab the drink I wanted and I could see it clear as day yet there was nothing stocked, mind you nobody stopped me because who even actually works there), constantly out of bagged ice, I have left there several times to go somewhere else instead and if I had the money I would open up another gas station next to them just for the sake of people who need a convenience store instead of an inconvenient hassle of a store like this one. We would rather drive anywhere than this place on break.

Skylar, Morgan, Bree & Brett are amazing. When I moved to town they all treated me with the BEST customer service I’ve ever seen. I truly hope Casey’s sees this and can do something amazing for these 4!Thank you all!!
