Take out order - Not only did they charge me $6.11 for 5 of the tiniest 1/2 full sides of ranch (who does that when sauces are included in the meal/appetizers?!?) , but I only received 1/2 an order of fries, and barely any avocado (on the AVOCADO chicken sandwich) but the chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked! No joke, the chicken was cold, pink, and raw. $48.00 meal (without tip) and threw it all away. Even the $6 ranch!

They won't clean tables but will instead seat people by the windows when it's 11 degrees outside. Everyone had to keep winter hats and jackets on. We were shivering cold. The staff said there was nothing they could do since the thermostat was locked. I'm guessing it was 60 degrees in there.
One star because of the cold yet there were dirty tables away from the windows that were never cleared the whole time we were there. This tells me there is no management on site, probably to save $. Unfortunately we will never go back.

We got burgers, wings, and onion rings. Burgers were excellent and I would order them again. Onion rings were fine. The wings? Skip them. They were tiny, not much meat, not much sauce. Also, their bbq wings were more like a mustard sauce? Wings were a rip off. Would have rather gotten another burger.

Ordered online for pick up. We waiting 6 mins just for someone to greet us. Note there was only ONE table in the building. Fries were cold and this is all the wings we got for 12 dollars!! Now ive ate at the Charred on Sterling St and I absolutely love it and have never seen this quantity of wings before so idk if this location is just lazy but I was really disappointed

You will not be disappointed. Even short staffed my food was quick and delicious. My server was super attentive and great with my son. He is autistic and can cause quite the scene but she was perfect!
She was the bartender, host, and server! She was incredible. Ask for Pascencia if you come into the location.

Ate there today, the burgers were good, I had the jalapeño popper and wife had the classic. Got the avocado ranch tots and a cherry limeade, both of those were atrocious. The tots tasted like pure salt and the cherry limeade tasted like pure cherry syrup! Would recommend the burgers but not the tots or cherry limeade (save your money on those two)! $54 for our order with tip!

Was not impressed. The service was okay - I think they may have been short staffed when I went so can't fault them there. But was mostly disappointed in the burger. They must be called Charred for a reason because that was the most over cooked burger I've ever had. So dry. Tator tots were delicious though.
Thankfully things weren't overly expensive but was definitely expecting a significantly better burger. I wouldn't go here again.

They also forgot my add-bacon request and there was way too many gnats that I found myself shooing and swatting them while I was eating. Quite annoying.

So glad that my sister and I happened across this place during our short stay in Omaha. Burgers were great and very reasonably priced. Nice selection of drinks. The atmosphere was fun and casual. Great service! Wish we had one of these places back where we live.
