Ordered online for drive through pick up. Came through drive through, bag was sealed with sticker on top. I asked the employee is this everything? He said yes. I get home and I was missing 2 large chips. I called and could not get to a person! The phone system sucks! Try explaining to a phone systme that your order is not right without getting pissed! I droveback up there to getmy chips. I came back home to eat my cold food only to find out that and the burrito was missing the sour cream and green salsa

This is the most poorly run Chipotle I have ever been to across multiple states. The meat is cold and slimy, the staff is rude and gloomy, the portions are absolutely laughable and it’s often messy. We witnessed multiple customers arguing with the melancholy staff as they went through the line. It was almost like the employees enjoyed angering customers. My wife and I drove away promising each other that is the last time we would ever give this location a chance. This was our 4th visit and each time was the same poor experience.

Just got the most laughable burrito I’ve ever seen. This burrito wouldn’t even feed a toddler. I’ll be better off hitting up the taco truck across the street in Menards parking lot.

We ordered on the app and accidentally ordered to the wrong location. They found out and made our orders fresh and didn’t charge us! The manager was very kind and relieved us of our mistake.’and the food was great!

Waited at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Got my "food" home. My sons bag of chips literally had 6 chips in it. Every portion was about half of any other location in town. This is a management and standards problem.

My last two orders have been messed up. The first one I order a burrito and a bowl for someone else. Two different orders, they put the same ingredients in my burrito as they put in the bowl. Okay fine, I’ll eat it. Just ordered a “BURRITO” tonight. And they give me a half made bowl instead. The label clearly says burrito.

Not only are portion sizes shrinking to take advantage of the customers and increase profit, this lil burrito made me sick for two days! Not to mention, the ingredients on the burrito is a total mystery box. You won’t get what you order. I’ll be avoiding all Chipotle, especially this one.

I have given this location plenty of chances, but today was the last time I will order from here. Ordered a steak salad and chips and guacamole for delivery. There were many issues with my order. 1. The amount of dressing I received as maybe a tablespoon amount. How is this amount supposed to be enough for my entire salad? (Picture included) 2. The chips were rubbery! When I bit down the chips wouldn’t break, I had to try and tear them. 3. I asked for extra corn and cheese on my salad and there was barely any to be considered a normal portion.
