My Daughter and I went to the Chipotle On Oakmont in Omaha. It was terrible. We stood there just the two of use watching every one cleaning at 8:30 at night. Not one of the stopped what they where doing to ask use for our order. They really need good help on that side of town. Now, on the other hand we headed over to the Elkhorn location and my goodness. It was like night and day. They where also cleaning. But one of the employees stepped right up and took or order. It was the best customer service I've ever seen in a Chipotle restaurant. Great service great people and very clean. I will definitely be back to the Elkhorn location. The location on Oakmont in Omaha needs dier help. I will go back to that location at the same time in about 2 months to see if anything has changed. They need help with customer service. I wish you the best of luck. Please fix this problem. This has been my worst experience at a chipotle, I ordered a steak bowl and burrito. The pinto beans were extremely die and salty, as well as the fajita veggies. I tried picking out the veggies and beans but the rice was also undercooked. The person serving was also rushing while I ordered. I could not finish my meal.

Quick, easy, delicious, and filling. Staff is great, food quality has gone up immensely since I had first tried it 6 years ago. This is by far the best location for cleanliness and friendliness, management has really done their part to make this store stand out!

Portions seem to have really decreased, especially if I order ahead, but the pricing is higher than ever before. $18 for a bowl with double meat but the amount of a single portion.

Server was in a rush even though I was the only one in line. She gave me 1/3 scoop of steak, and when I asked for more she said she couldnt. Was also charged for 3 tacos but only ordered 1. The steak was half grissly fat. Not a good location, will not go back

Noah was amazing. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. I couldn’t call and get a person and the chat bot on the app was worthless. My husband went in and explained the situation to Noah and he took care of everything without a problem. Thank you, Noah for your help and great customer service!

Disgusting restaurant. We walked in to dirty and soaking wet floors that you could slide across. My daughter slipped and hurt herself due to the floor being so wet and greasy. There was no wet floor sign until the employee saw me taking pictures and she tried to put it out afterwards.
Just walked in and actually did not order anything because lost my appetite. Floor so dirty so sticky! The area by pop machines was filthy why would people want to eat in a dirty environment. I told 2 people behind the counter and they seemed unconcerned. And this is what leads me to believe if that type of cleanliness is by the food being cooked why would I eat here

I got a good amount of rice and fajita but once I got to chicken and I said “double” they gave me less than a normal portion smh. I genuinely think I got less then 10 pieces of chicken

Don’t bother ordering double meat and paying almost $5 extra because you won’t get it or any sensible portions for anything you select for your bowl. The portion of meat that was included was crazy greasy that the bottom tray was completely saturated in grease. The burrito we got was literally the shape of a square there was so little in it. Will never come back to this location.
