Stopped up here for a breakfast meeting. It was a pleasant surprise. I had seen posts on Facebook but never had the opportunity to try it out. The food was good. The service was amazing. Being inside the dealership was different but I love the idea and concept. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Such a nice place I loved it better than any other restaurant the chefs show pure dedication to their work and are extremely nice if your debating to go to a car dealership for lunch, this place is a must.

Absolutely fire breakfast 🔥🔥🔥 I enjoyed the steak omelette, and the chefs know how to make a mean carne asada. It was flavorful and tender. The staff was super friendly and made it clear that customization was no issue. If I could fit more stars on the review I would. I will definitely return!

No, I’m not shopping for a Corvette. I’m a BMW 3 Series guy currently masquerading as a Ford Bronco driver. But when I saw that Corvette Café - yes, it’s literally inside a Chevrolet dealership - had a higher Google rating than any other breakfast spot in the area, I had to investigate.
Now, if you’re picturing a side area of the showroom with a few tables, a walk-up counter, and some complimentary auto-dealer coffee…you’re absolutely right. But that’s where your correct assumptions end.
What looks like a snack bar is actually a legit scratch kitchen. The printed menu? Just a suggestion. If they have the ingredients, they’ll make whatever you’re craving. We overheard someone calling ahead to ask if they make eggs Benedict or huevos rancheros. The answer? “Not usually… but we can.” And by the time those folks showed up, it was happening.
I created my own masterpiece: a grilled breakfast burrito smothered in both salsa verde and chipotle enchilada sauce. It was glorious.
Remember when you’d say, “Mom, can you make me [fill in the blank]?” and minutes later a plate of love showed up in front of you? It’s like that. Except the “moms” are a couple of guys in the back, grinning ear to ear as they play culinary jazz. You know those bands that are having even more fun than the crowd? Yeah - those are your chefs.
If they had a show on the Food Network, I’d watch every episode.
Skeptical? I was too. Now I’m not just a believer - I’m a card-carrying fan. Still not buying a Corvette. But breakfast (and lunch)? I’m all in. You should be too.
