DO NOT order from here. We ordered a pizza at 11:30am and after 1pm we were still calling them to ask where it was. The response we got was "I'm the only one working and we are real busy." Not even an offer of a refund or an extra pizza. Terrible customer service
I would not recommend this place on N 204 in Elkhorn The toppings were not even on the pizza, they were all over the box as if someone had dropped it. As soon I opened the box I realized that this was the case, I called and the lady that answered was understanding and passed me off to the rude male manager. I wanted them to redeliver since it was obviously their mistake. They said they can't do that, they can remake the pizza and I could come pick up which is the opposite of what...read full review
I just wanted to say you had the best associate working tonight. He told me he doesn’t work at that location but was called in. He was by himself and the phone was ringing non stop. His customer service skills were so good and he was very friendly. I know he was stressed out…. But yet he had the composure to give excellent skills. Kiddos to him and everyone that works so hard when short staffed.
