My wife placed a call directly with the store for a pickup order. She arrives at store and they said they have no pizza order -ok fine mixups happen. She tries to place an order at the store and they lie and say they are out of pizza dough. In my attempt to order from a different little Caesar’s location for the same food, DoorDash picks this exact location again and to our surprise everything in my original order was magically available. The teenagers running this store were blasting camp rock through a speaker 90 minutes before close and then proceed to lie about stock. This wasn’t some five minutes before close mishap. They are legitimately inhibiting the success of this business and if you see the other reviews on this location, driving it to a swift collapse. This location is a disappointment. I wish I could give zero stars.

I hate to say this but, this is not a good establishment to eat. We went there at 9:30 PM on a Friday night after a football game extremely hungry looking forward to a delicious little Caesars pizza, They told us they were out Pizza dough, they were extremely rude to my wife I sent in. We knew they were weren’t telling the truth because the teenagers were smiling and . I will not be going back to this location they have lost a customer!

This is the 3rd time from this location stop taken orders early seems to be the same lady every time I have this problem walked in tonight she said they can't make pizza they are cleaning I told her you close at 10pm why is your door open for business if you are really open they need to figure it out losing money for this company

Unbelievable. On 7/28, I ordered 3 pizzas online to pick up on 7/31 at 11:45 at the Elkhorn Little Caesars. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and they had no pizzas and could not find my order. I showed them my receipt, and nothing. I was expecting the manager to offer to make them right away and deliver, but nope, we can't find your order. I ordered from a competitor. Called corporate - asked for a refund. I was assured they would process and advise the local store and district manager....crickets.... Sent an email to corporate asking for a refund, providing the receipt and order number. Yes, again, crickets... Finally turned in a dispute with AMEX and let them handle it. Needless to say, I will never order pizza from Little Caesars again.

Ordered a 2 pizzas for delivery. Only delivered one pizza and was told that I could come pick up the other one. I was not able to leave the house with two kids there and didn't want to load them up. I had also paid for delivery. Was informed that not only would they not get my pizza to me, but couldn't give me a credit. Horrible customer service. Will never go back and will never recommend Little Ceasars to anyone.

I’m a BIG Believer in Customer Service. Stopped by to grab lunch riding my Harley-Davidson Sunday. The Guy working (didn’t catch his name) gave me Top Notch Service and the deep dish Pepperoni was spot on! Please keep up the Great Work!

I guess their oven is new on 204th location and this is just how their pizzas turn out (dry and kind of burnt). Also their pizza is never ready so you have to wait 15 minutes.

Ordered a pizza 17 minutes ago. Still not in the oven. This is not the first time this location has been laughably behind schedule. It takes 10 min to cook these things. This place isn't staffed for the amount of business that comes through the door. And yet, nothing will be done about it. Corporate never responds to any complaints, so why should local be any different?
Ended up taking 47 minutes from order time and they screwed up the cheese and stix by not seasoning the stix. So, get it together for Christ's sake.
EDIT: I've gone to Little Caesar's twice since this review. They have done better. A bit lacking on the extra cheese for the Extra Most Bestest we ordered, but the service was faster and tasted good. I hope they keep improving.

Two simple pizzas…online said ready at 6:01…pizzas not ready until 6:22…pizza was meh. Also, tried to do hot and ready. Called before I placed the online order that took forever and said they didn’t have any. When I got to the store they had about 5 that were ready but I couldn’t take them because I had placed an online order.
