I really like scooters. Every time I go to this location, the wait is super long, they’ve screwed up my order (past 4) and I don’t realize it till we’ve arrived at our next destination. It’s frustrating!

One of my favorite locations! The staff are super bubbly, have beautiful smiles to greet you with, and the best suggestions! Drinks are always spot on and CONSISTENT. I always know what to expect when I order from here. It is for sure one of those spots that it's worth going out of your way to go!

Please consider giving your baristas the ability to refund someone when they run out of and item that was ordered. Instead, they say “you’ll have to contact corporate” and offer no alternative. How am I going to prove I didn’t get the item I ordered and why should I go out of my way to get a refund due to your mistake? Also, might be a good idea to tell people they are going to be charged for a “cup” when they ask for extra ice for their drink. Not to mention the eye rolls I got when I did ask for ice. Your prices are already higher than the competitor, I don’t think a cup of ice is going to bankrupt you. Customer service is severely lacking here.

I ordered a small hot Scooter Shooter. It was barely room temperature and tasted stale and bitter. I tasted no espresso so I don't think they added any. The espresso would have warmed up the old coffee a little.

I have been going to this scooter's for 3 years. I always get a pup cup without a bone for my cat. Today I was told that they are required to put a bone in it as people are ordering pup cups for extra whip without having to pay for it. I'm paying 8 dollars for a coffee. I'm sure if I wanted extra whip in my coffee, I wouldn't have a problem paying extra for it. Not to mention the hassle of digging it out of that little cup to put in my coffee. This marks an end to my scooter's.

I went through the drive thru and ordered several items. I asked for a receipt, but realized I was not given one. So I called and asked if they would text me a copy so I didn’t have to drive back. They said they could not do that. In 26 years, I have never heard of this. Then they said they would have it for me to pick up if I stopped back by. I stopped back last Sunday and they didn’t have it. They gave me the owners cell number which I have text and called several times to try and get a copy of my receipt for my company. You would think I was asking for the moon! No response. No text back. Nothing. Horrible customer service. Huge mistake on their part because my team and I spend about $1,000 a week at coffee shops and I will not be back. I love Scooters but you should avoid this one!

So supposedly the drive thru window is frozen and wont open. Been that way for over a week now. I really doubt that the drive thru window is frozen shut as they post on their sign and also tell you. If a door or window is frozen shut, it is very easy to thaw it out. Spray lubes do wonders. I think that they dont want to open the window because they get cold air coming in and they cant handle some cold air. However forcing everyone to come in the door to order and get their coffee is letting more cold air in than a window that flips open and shut in 1 second. I drove up there today as I go there daily. However today the speaker was supposedly frozen too now. Anyways. I will be using the one further down on 204th street from now on. Too much work for fast coffee on the run. Dont have time to come inside. Which is why we use the drive thru. Anyways. I'm sure numbers are down from it.
I don’t know why but this location has the worst breakfast sandwiches. The bagel ones always come out harder than a rock! For the past four years of going here I have never had a bagel sandwich that hasn’t nearly broken some teeth.

This is my favorite Scooters to visit. The staff is extra kind (even when I am weird or take a long time to find my card.) Inside is comfy, spacious, warm, and inviting.
Parking: This lot can be tight, especially when the drive thru is busy. Be very vigilant for pot holes!
