Food tasted way off. I had a tostada and thought it was that. I had a taco and same thing. I thought it was me until my husband said his food tasted funny. Taco Bell is one of our favorites and never had this issue. This was the first time at this Taco Bell and the last!

Went here for the new nuggets, we were excited about the sauces they come with! got told we can only have one and that we need to purchase a ten piece and a 5 piece in order to get all three sauces…. i mean okay?? so we did. we didn’t end up getting any of the sauces. i ordered a chicken cantina bowl with steak instead of chicken, and got chicken. what’s crazier is we didn’t get a receipt… i wonder why? the service was astronomically bad, the food is messed up, charged us extra for three small sauce packets???? i don’t get it. we will not be giving you our business again and the taco bell on maple is worth the 10 minute drive.

I have the best luck with this taco bell, and when my order is wrong, which is rare, the managers are always so sweet and willing to fix it without any problem. I'm always disappointed when I use a different location because it always gets messed up, or they're rude, or it's just dirty. If you're in between which location to choose, always choose Elkhorn!

I went to this location at approximately 11:15pm and it closes at 2am. When I walked inside I immediately felt unwelcomed like I was a burden. When I was ordering, the menu was not turned on and the screens were all black. I don’t normally go to Taco Bell and apparently there is a reason for that. I had an order prepared for me to give them so I read it off. The person taking my order never smiled, nobody smiled. I couldn’t hear anything she was saying back to me even after I asked again because I thought she mumbled something incorrect, but I never heard the correct thing. After I paid I got my receipt as normal… I looked at the receipt and it was indeed incorrect, although they did list the sauces I’d ordered. I got one of their attentions whom I’m assuming is the manager? I said I ordered the fiesta potatoes and showed him that my receipt said a potato taco… he then showed me a screen reading the pricing of the taco he says I ordered. I told him over and over that I didn’t order that and that they can take it back I just want to bring back exactly what I came for that wasn’t even for me. I apologized because I felt like I was a problem, but I was not the problem! Because I had to deal with something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place, I didn’t even check my bag before I left. When I got home there were no sauces, which WERE actually on the receipt!! The job isn’t hard so I don’t know why taking my order, doing it correctly, and just treating me like a person was such a big problem. I hope a better crew can be put in place here because this one is obviously not built for customer service or basic human decency.

This is the worst taco bell around . Been there 3 times in last 3 months They always skip parts of order. Order 2 cheese and 2 chicken - just got chicken no cheese . Ordered bean and cheese burrito and chicken burrito - just chicken no bean and cheese. Ordered beef and chicken quesidialla - just got beef no chicken. Are you guys stealing or genuinely suck at you job? I will try to officially complain.

never had to wait so long. it’s been 30 mins and i still haven’t gotten my food. Not to mention it’s not busy. Out of the 3 people i can see only 1 is doing something. the other 2 are talking.

My wife and I went inside to the store to the order at the front counter. People working in the back saw us there. There was no one at the front counter. We stood there for five minutes without anyone saying one word to us. Service was horrible.
It's great food for a great price. It comes out relatively fast and it's always yummy.

This place Is absolutely trash... None of my food was warm when I received it.. Service is garbage and the wait time was 15mins for 2 burritos with literally nobody in lines inside or out...

Every time I order a Crunchwrap or a burrito from this location it’s burnt…. There’s no meat or anything besides lettuce in the Crunchwrap. I’ve given up on going back and asking them to remake anything. I went back once from a burnt Crunchwrap and burritos and he had me look at the remakes to make sure they were made how I liked them. He was very obvious in the fact that he thought it was just me personally that didn’t like how they were. Like they’re supposed to be burnt?They were still burnt lol
