We walked in and nobody greeted us. I had never been, so I didn't know you had to order at the kiosk. After a couple minutes I figured it out, still no one spoke to me. Not only do they not accept cash, the kiosk literally asks for a tip! Am I tipping myself for my self-service? They also charged me for a splash of cream?!? Yikes. Will not return.

This is hands down the best coffee shop in Omaha. Authentic coffee drinks with attention to detail. Their coffee cake is amazing too. Would love to see more food options in the future, plus later hours. I usually like plain hot lattes, but their iced raspberry dream latte (raspberry & white mocha) is the best flavored coffee I've ever had. It's seasonal but I NEED it year round!!

First visit found the Coffee very tasty and third party cinnamon pasty good but rather expensive for the portion given. Several reasons I won't return: extra charge for adding milk-that's a first, not a fan of ordering system and finally I'm a cash guy for small purchases & cash is not an option. Wish them success just not a place for me.

This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Omaha. The drinks (especially the caramel apple bliss) are so tasty. The staff is always helpful. The ambience is adorable. Highly recommend!

Came in to get a coffee. Hadn’t been there before and was really put back by the lady’s huffy and puffy attitude “is this your first time ?” I guess you have to order on a kiosk. I didn’t know there’s no signs saying order here. Good idea for making it quick but the workers could have helped me.
Go to the order the coffee and pay, they don’t accept cash. Again no signs anywhere. What kind of coffee shop doesn’t accept cash ? Who wants to pay a debit/ credit fee. Cash pay should be available for such a small purchase.
Really was jonesing for some coffee and wanted to try something different than Starbucks or scooters. And then couldn’t even get one. I would have tipped cash too !! Really wanted a good coffee didn’t have a card. They could have hooked it up since I didn’t know: no signs and I would have tipped the cash and been back again as a customer.
Now I’m on my Starbucks.

Pastries amazing! Food was amazing. Drinks…. Not amazing. Ordered a Momma Mo's Thai Iced Tea. They forgot, I mean they forgot the most important part. The milk! Even on their website it states.. “Contains dairy and is not offered dairy free.”. Got to say there is a reason it’s not offered as dairy free. It’s disgusting without it.

Hello is all you get, no interaction. You place your orders on a touch screen and then they have the nerve to ask for a tip? Strange concept for a coffee shop. I ordered a blended chai and lemon cranberry muffin. The blended chai looked nothing like the photo - it was blended and thrown in a cup, no whipped cream or garnish. Lots of unblended ice. The muffin I selected room temperature and it was given to me warmed up. I payed $13 for this. The place is beautifully decorated, that’s it. Pass this place up it’s 100% not worth your money.
