This is my favorite breakfast place in Elkhorn! I order the chilaquilies with asada every time. They make it spicy for me and it's sooooo good! Love a good Mexican American breakfast joint. It reminds me of breakfast places back home in California. Super yummy. Always leave full and happy!

Ordered food for four people. I received a text the food was ready, once I arrived the food was not ready. I had to wait 5 minutes, no big deal. I got home, checked my order it was missing items. Additionally I only had one plastic knife and fork and one butter and one syrup. I was missing an order of pancakes. I called, the clerk was new and did not know how to look up my order and was laughing. She said she was going to pass the phone to someone who knew what to do. I explained the situation all they offered was a refund. They did not offer to replace the food. Mind you this is my first experience with this restaurant so I’m expecting good customer service. I explained the situation abd told her I only received one butter one syrup, she ignored all that and said the money will be on my card by the end of next week. The food was not great either, but the customer service was horrific, especially since they overlooked items on the order I paid extra for. Will not be returning. Paid over $50 for these meals too

Really unfortunate brunch place, one of few that are actually in Elkhorn. The older lady who served us was rude and abrasive immediately, even though there was nobody else in the restaurant and hours until close (and it was just my mom and I). The food was subpar at best. Hash browns were bland, sausage links weren’t very good, biscuits and gravy may have well been from a free hotel breakfast buffet; biscuits were crumbly and cheap, the gravy was bland. Chicken fried steak was good, without the gravy on top - the only thing frozen then fried entree we had, so not even prepared in-house. Overall a sucky place and wouldn’t recommend it. Would’ve been better off at IHop or Denny’s.

Cool little spot but expect a little bit of a wait and don't shy away from countertop service. Good was good and if you're in the area, be sure to get some breakfast. We'll go again when we're in the area... everyone else does.

Our family of six came here for breakfast today. Everyone's food was good. I ordered the Farmers Skillet and when it came appeared to have no cheese in it (the description in menu said it is to include cheese). I asked the server if I could get extra cheese added to the dish and she said sure, that's not a problem at all. When the server brought my meal back the cook had simply took a slice of cheese and plopped it on top of the dish, unmelted and cold. I have to say I was very disappointed and appalled a customer would be treated like this. Along with this action our ticket showed a fountain drink, two extra coffees, and two extra toasts we did not order. The ticket was corrected.

Okay so let me start by saying the food was indeed good. Got an omlette, hashbrowns and pancakes. The service wasn’t great though as I waited about 15 minutes in between ordering my juice (which was $5 by the way) and ordering my food and I was 1 of 2 occupied tables. I saw my server twice more, once when delivering the food and bill at the same time, and then when she spotted my credit card. No refills, no smiles, nothing. The food, while tasty, was ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast all told was over $20 and I had one meal, no add ons, and some juice. I can get a better and cheaper meal from Hy-Vee. No hate, just overpriced and underdelivered.

Cold food due to fans blowing. I was hoping for something better than others. It wasn't. Disappointed. Prices are high.
My family and I met here for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The menu has a Mexican inspiration which I appreciate while still finding standards on the menu such as pancakes and American breakfasts. I enjoyed the migas while there. The service was standard. The location is convenient for far west Omaha and surroundings. If you are in the area, give them a try!

I really wanted to love this place because of how cute the inside of the restaurant was but unfortunately the food and service left the experience lacking. My son and I went out to grab a late breakfast this afternoon. Upon arriving we sat for awhile until the server eventually came over and took our drink and food order. We then waited a while longer for our food to arrive before our drinks. When asked if we needed anything else by the server I let her know we still had not received our drinks which she promptly went to grab. The server left the bill at the end of the table upon bringing our food so it gave the impression that she was not going to be back, which is exactly what happened.
As for the food, my son ordered the farmer's biscuit meal with a side cinnamon roll and I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. Both meals were bland with hash browns heavy with oil and not even a little bit crispy. Like I had feared the server did not come back to our table for drink refills or to check on us. It wasn't until I put my card at the end of the table that she popped up to collect payment. I think the most disappointing thing is there were only two other tables occupied when we walked in. There was no rush or packed house that could explain the poor food quality and service we received. Unfortunately for my family this restaurant is going into the tried it once and wont return category.

Yet another disappointing restaurant to add to the list of hyped eateries. Our server was joyful and enthusiastic and certainly tried her best. I ordered French toast without powdered sugar, hash browns, side of ham, and sugar free syrup. I received partially cooked French toast with ample powdered sugar only. A different server delivered our food without a clue as to who ordered what. I had to remind the server of the rest of my order after which I received the rest (all on separate plates), barely cooked hashbrowns, a good hamsteak, but again had to remind her of the sugar-free syrup. I was brought a bottle of Walmart brand SF syrup the bottle being 3/4 empty.
The rest of my party received similar poor fare. Do better!
