Subway corporate should be involved here. I observed 2 people leave the line as I waited 20+ minutes for the 2 people ahead of me to get service. Other potential customers looked at this circus and chose not to buy a ticket. If I had options, I would have used them. The girl making the sandwiches was obviously nervous and new. The other girl working did nothing to help her walked around a bunch got herself a drink, shuffled things around and put up a sign? This was the worst experience I have had at subway and maybe "fast" food ever. You are losing business and reputation.

Sunday/07/21st at 7:15 pm Too bad they were two of em standing right there making a sandwich so i waited no one helped then one of em left so i asked the other one are you open or maybe not cause it was strange you wait and they see you and no help plus i was the only one customer here and the blonde girl with the glasses on she was like we are busy with something else right now if you wanna wait it’s ok if you don’t then don’t !!!! Really subway is that how you treat people such a pretty bad experience for me and i really recommend such an employee not working at truck stop place this is was not just me a few truckers when I left they told me that she’s rude to truckers

The place has one guy working and he is moving slower than a sloth. The line is 10 people deep. There’s a woman slowly moving around in the back. Good lord. Why stop for fast food if it literally takes 30 min?

As a female truck driver just stopping for a sandwich I would never recommend this place to eat I was treated like an outsider very rude customer service by the employees I would never recommend a female or truck driver to eat here your better off on the pilot side at least they treat you with respect

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Food tasted very bad. Didn’t even finish my sandwich and I was really hungry. Veggies frozen, window that covers the food full of hand prints. The whole truckstop very neglected. Never stopping again at Exit 257!

I got here at 9:45pm as hours on google and subway website shows it close at 10pm. But they didn’t took order and said its closed. Ridiculous!!!
Brother and sister employees play around too much, the brother is super slow and a simp hitting on the customers badly, it took this guy a whole minute to cut a bread in half, not to mention he was hitting on a teenage mom that looks like she’s been ran through and on welfare.

staff were all very kind and helpful even to each other. Got a protein bowl and she cut it up small which is so appreciated! Delicious! Great for a quick stop!

Same workers same result...some subways need to re hire their employees, they will bring your franchise DOWN! Food is never fresh some cookies hard some soft, bread is over cooked but instead of making new bread they serve the overcooked bread, UNREAL! The customers suffer because you can't do your job properly??
