Old school steakhouse that has been around for decades. Prime rib was excellent as were the tater tots - nice and crispy. Sweet onion salad dressing was a great choice.

Took forever to get our order taken then Sat for over 45 mins waiting on our food. Other tables that came in after us got their food. After asking our waitress several times where our food was and being told it was four different times. We finally just got up and walked out.

Fantastic place. Service was great. Food was great. Waitress was amazing. If your ever near Ord NE. I would recommend eating here. Friends we were visiting took us there and we loved it. It was about a 25 minute drive from Ord but we'll worth the drive. Not many places to go out and eat in Ord. If im ever visiting in area again I would dine there again. Our friends go there to eat 1 night every week. I had a rib eye steak and baked potatoe. it was absolutely amazing. Cooked exactly like I wanted it. Tender and mouth watering. Drinks were fabulous large portions couldn't finish had to take home leftovers. Made steak and eggs and fried potatoes the next morning with leftovers. Hands down the best meal we have had since we stared our road trip. Be sides Ken and Dana's home cooked meals.

Simply the best eat out dinner I have had in a long time. Ordered the t-bone it was cooked to perfection. Steak was so big I could even think of eating the fries and toast that came with it. (Not complaining)...Closest thing to going into a meat induced coma. Wife ha a ribeye that's was outstanding. Nice atmosphere, Friendly staff even though they were packed with customers. Will be returning. Recommend if your near Ericson Nebraska save room in your stomach and go eat a quality meal.....

Parking: Reservations preferred.
Kid-friendliness: Many kids were there, kid friendly menu available.
Grouse hunting and conservation officer recommended. Queen cut prime was spectacular. Excellent onion rings garlic bread and salad. Steakhouse quality. Bring cash. Cards aren't excepted, which is a downfall in this day and age

I ate at the Hungry Horse tonight and I must say, I had the BEST ribeye steak I’ve ever eaten! Reg’s Steakhouse South of Columbus did hold the honors but I must admit this was exceptionally tender and flavorful. Our server was extremely kind that made our experience even better! Highly Recommend!!!

Refused to honor a "paid for" cupon for chicken fried dinners. Refusal was based on day of the week even tho we are unable to come to the Hungry Horse on Thursdays
