Waited over an hour to get food with only 3 other people in there and told us they were out of mushrooms and peppers when a supreme came and to top it all off no pizza sauce on the pizza. Horrible service and Horrible food do not recommend

I've ate here many times and haven't had a problem but today when I went to pay I witnessed the manager preparing a pizza with no gloves on and wiping his hands on his dirty pants. Sad to say that neither myself or family will be eating there again. Sucks because dining options are limited in Fairbury.
Staff was swamped but stepped up to deliver great pizza

I called in a take out order 1.5 hrs ahead of time. They did not have it ready 1 hrs 40 minutes later. 3 people counting the delivery driver. I left the pizza and won't be back.
Very friendly and the food quality was amazing.

$44 for two medium pizzas? $33 for 18 wings? You people must have fallen down and bumped your heads!

This is one of the few Classic Pizza Huts that still maintains the old vibe from the classic restaurants of the 80s and 90s. Every time I've visited, I've had exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and extremely pleasant. Every time I've ordered, the food has consistently met expectations. Whoever is running the place knows what they're doing and I would imagine this is a shining example of the way the Pizza Hut company wants their brand represented.

We were acknowledged immediately by a friendly female server upon entry. Then I was hit with a feeling of nostalgia as the decor was the same as the first pizza hut I had entered when I was a kid decades ago. In the washroom the unpleasant odor of grease wafted in. We had the pick of tables. Most were window seats. I was surprised that almost half the booths were occupied about 1:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. There was a large vacant area in the center of the restaurant with a child play center. We were asked several times if we were ready to order. We were confused by the menu as the available pizza toppings were not listed anywhere. I thought we were there for pizza. We guessed it had something to do with only a lunch menu being offered at that time of day. So we settled for melts, a side of fries and chicken nuggets. Sadly the nuggets were very dry. The melts were heavily salted and generous helpings. We ordered a soda and water. It was great that both came with ice. Once the server seated us the manager took care of everything else. We loved the service. Sadly the food was a disappointment.
Jen at Fairbury Pizza Hut took the best care of our large group tonight. We called ahead to make sure they could accommodate our group of 20- including 12 children. She graciously told us to come on in and updated us on the pizza specials. We arrived to a table fully set and she patiently took our order- happily accommodating special requests. I can’t tell you how many times we heard, “I got you!” from Jen and she did just that.
Grateful for a good meal with our family as we remember my beloved Grandmother whom we shared many a pizza lunch with here.

Today's pasta was great and service even better
The staff, in store managers, and food are absolutely great. The issue I have is their district manager. He abuses the heck out of his power. He's more rude to the female employees when he goes in, lowers the employees morale, and recently had a claw machine removed from every single Pizza Hut location. The claw machine was for a girl with autism. He called the dude who owns them and yelled at him to get them out of all his stores or he'll throw them away, so the man who owned them had to go to every single location to pick up every single claw machine. He needs to be fired and replaced if he isn't going to start doing his job right
Stopped there for lunch and was not disappointed. Service was great, food was excellent and arrived quickly after we ordered. Oh and their salads are worth every penny. Will be going back
