I made the mistake of ordering online a Supreme pizza & should've checked it before I left but was in a semi truck & in a hurry ! What I was given was insulting & disgusting ! Hardly any vegetables what was there was pathetic! The chef should be fired !! So if eat there est of luck ! The staff was courteous;& when called manager was more than apologetic & says I will be refunded my money ! But the person cooking I have no words for just disgust !!!

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. If you’re looking for pizza in Fairbury I suggest you go to the local gas station. It’s hard to believe but it’s far better than this.

Placed an online order at 716 this evening to pick up at 915 Pm since I work so late I expected decent service and find out that there machines went down at 815 and claimed that my order never came through even though it was placed an hour before that.. means to say not very happy that I have to wait another 30 minutes longer just for my order to get ready.

Ordered the food online. It was ready on time and everything was just as I'd ordered. Impressive!
Pizza had hardly any toppings and crust wasn't so good. We ordered and when got there pick it up they said for some reason the computer said is was pick up at 8:30

Called and placed a to go order ready at 5. Got there about 5 minutes early. Go to check and the clerk said it was set for 8:30. He said he would start it now. Little toppings. Didn't come tell us when it was done. Had to ask for a discount and then he acted like he had no idea..when I spoke with him 15 minutes earlier, in person, about the pizza. Bad customer service. Not so good pizza. Sad, since there really isn't anything else in fairbury and maybe that is why management is ok with the bad reviews and customer service and not doing anything to resolve issues.

First time at this location as I was traveling with other coworkers through the area. Small atmosphere which is good and there was a steady flow of customers. Unfortunately it appeared that there was only one server so this did take a little longer than expected. I would go here again ig I'm in the area.
Kid-friendliness: Had an area just for kids to Keri them entertained while waiting for their food.
