I always end up using the app because it has good coupons and it’s easy to pay. I’ve been very satisfied with my orders recently and the customer service, they have all been very patient and professional with me ( I have difficult orders/specifications)

I ordered two number 20 elite chicken bacon ranch salads, I wait 15 minutes then called nobody answered the phone. So at the thirty minute mark, I go in to pick up the order. No one is in the store front. I hear someone in the kitchen I holler twice. no response so I wait and wait . I grab some vinegar packets and napkins. a man walks in and she waits on him first an leaves me standing there. I tell her I ordered on line. she claims she never got the order. Well I got the charge. she makes the salads . didnt get the olives nor parm or spinach. asked for oregano got pepper. the green bell peppers were not green. couldnt get a fork nor a bag. For 25 dollars I never felt so slighted in my life. cant file a complaint online or by phone. That is by design. I wont be returning. gross negligence doesnt begin to cover it . the condiments were empty too. So bummed.

Just ordered through the app and got a protein bowl. It cost almost $13 and my bowl was only half full! What a disappointment.

Whoever was working at this location was very rude! I will never order from this location again! Not only was my order not even started by the time we came for pickup, but the employee cursed at my husband for asking why it was over 20 minutes late when we ordered online and gave a 30 minute notice. Where is the customer service we or anyone else deserves?

The bread was so dry and grumbling it was ridiculous. They advertisement is always fresh bread, ordered 2 sandwiches, not toasted. The bread was so dry it crumbled with each bite, tasted like cardboard

Subway app totally changed my order. I had removed all the items for a plain sandwich and get there and it has everything on it. I saw it on my receipt. I tried to call to make the correction but since they don’t answer the phone, it’s to no avail. I’m out $10 because I have limited time for lunch and now no lunch. Too bad there isn’t 0 stars. #FairburyNE
