Every time we order something they always miss up my order and we didnt get half of what we paid for

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and the bacon was burnt. It was completely black. I called sonic to tell them that. The person I spoke to said " We were busy and don't have the time to re-cook it." I worked as a cook in a casino. When food was burnt, it was remade. When I went back to sonic to get a new burger that they remade. It was completely wrong. They gave me a plain burger. That is why I've rated a 1 star.

I went through the drive through and they didn't take my order. They told me to pull ahead. Got to the window and asked why they didn't take my order at the speaker. They had no clue. I don't recommend going here.

Don't understand why every time I go here my order is wrong. Took two cheeseburgers back and they acted like it was my fault. Then asked to talk to manager but they said she just left. When I asked her name Noone knew it.🤔. They fixed problem but rest of food was cold. All I'm asking is if I spend money just try and get my order right. 😔

Went to order at drive thru, went ok , paid for food and took 10 minutes for food which was fine shakes took another 10 minutes because kids where goofing around. Drove back 20 minutes to Humboldt and went to eat and the 2 burgers had hair in them so to the trash they went. That was a waste of money

They do not care about their customers manager sucks! Ordered two garlic bacon cheeseburgers, one didn’t have any garlic on it. The other didn’t have any bacon and the cheese was dried out.
Drive thru takes about 10 minutes to take an order, the kids working and screaming at the top of their lungs and yelling profanities as we’re sitting at the pickup window. Seemed to be more focused on having fun than working. Speaking to their friends at their cars and not helping the other staff inside.Premade tator tots that are harder than a brick. Guess I’ll be coming back back the next time i’ve got 30 minutes to spare to crunch on some drywall.
