The person taking our order was rude. I was very pleasant and told I didn't speak loud enough.They have a sign on the drive-thru speaker about being rude to staff. They must have problems to have it posted on a speaker.Food was OK for what it is. Would go back if in that area again but just because not a big selection of places to eat.

I'm a frequent customer here. I ALWAYS order on the app. The problem is I never get my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. Like literally never. Not even once. I love me my sonic, but the repetitive mistake is frustrating.
