This place is so welcoming, we had a family member pass and we came to their place. Wow amazing service! They took care of all of us with smiles on thier faces so nice and food was amazing... they made us all feel so welcomed and served all our needs... Such wonderful atmosphere we were a tough crowd and big one and they welcomed us in and took care of us during our time of loss. I recommend them to anyone I see. 5 start rating thank you for everything you did for us and the care you gave....

Chicken fried chicken is always the best The mashed potatoes are good. The gravy makes it all perfect. Nice atmosphere. Cold beer. The only complaint is that I wish there were more pool tables. Love this

If you’re planning on stopping for a meal. Save yourself the hour in half and go to Casey’s down the road. Casey’s might also suck but at least you’ll get your food. Unless you like questioning the future of the human race then this is your place to go and just shake your head. Don’t worry you still won’t get your food and if your lucky they’ll bring you the wrong drink

I have a alot of food allergies. so I went on the website and looked at the menu on line and it said they had a nacho. so my husband and I went there for lunch. They do not not have have nachos menu was different then the one online. so the only thing I was able to eat was a grilled chicken breast and plain baked potato. when I received my meal the chicken taste Burnet and and very Greasy. The baked potato was nice side cute it open and it was Saturated in butter which I asked for no butter.. which I was not able to eat and was charged 12.53
my husband asked for the special chicken fried steak with gravy and loaded baked potato. when he got his food the baked potato was all cut up already with all the topping put on it. The gravy on the steak was a yellowish color and tasted just like butter rather then white gravy. the food was horrible

We went for supper yesterday after Franklin hosted a high school cross country meet.
Despite there being so many customers and only one waitress, she did an excellent job keeping tables served.
The food was excellent too, but enough credit can't be mentioned about our waitress and the service!!!

Road up on the Harley on a Sunday morning. Had the chicken fried steak special. The price was great and the food even better. And the cake at the end was a amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Black Powder. The menu is a unique twist on the typical sports bar menu with generous portion sizes servers were spot on attentive and showed great teamwork throughout the entire visit. I plan on returning the next rainy day, so I can enjoy other menu items that I was intrigued by.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food, as all the "locals" came in after us were served. The waitress worked her best as the rest if the staff was sitting by doing nothing. Never going back.
