Little Caesars is so bad on Durango Drive. They have these young people working here. we're bad service disrespectful, and very real. They don't knowledge the customer when they come in then they have a music play the real loud they don't have no cats on their head to cover their head. The worst location I’ve ever been too!! I waited over an hour just for my food not to be ready! It was so packed with people trying to pick up their food that the guys working there wasn’t able to come to the register and dish out food that was already ready. I asked several times if my order was ready as I placed the order over the phone through customer service in which they told me it was going to be 30 mins, the workers literally ignored everyone asking for an update....read full review

Pizza is never ready by the recommended time on the app. Plan to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes after arriving and that is only if you remind the staff multiple times that you are waiting. Then the staff will go from register to food preparation multiple times without washing their hands.
