Fresh is the word for this food. The tomato sauce was outstanding (think fideo) and spicy salsa was just perfect. I had the chicken enchilada and Chile relleno with rice and beans. Chef's kiss! One star deducted because bathroom was out of order.

I'm in Geneva for work and have eaten here twice. Both times were EXCELLENT! Authentic Mexican food at a great price! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

3 separate union electricians, with a fair amount of disposable income and very pro worker, separate and independent of each other decided not to leave a tip..... That's pretty bad service.

Food was bland and no different than any other chain Mexican restaurant but the service was terrible. Waiter was extremely rude and pushy and acted like everything was an inconvenience to them.

I'm 30 minutes away. I called before they closed to see if they could accommodate me, and they told me that if there were still 40 minutes left when I arrived and they already said they were about to close, I could ask them to change their hours or honor them.

We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation and drove 45 minutes from Hastings to give it a try. Unfortunately, we weren’t impressed. The food tasted like any other Mexican restaurant in the area—nothing special, nothing that stood out.

We ordered the cheese enchiladas and the Carne Asada plate. The cheese enchiladas were good and served extremely hot, which I appreciated. However, the Carne Asada was very bland and tough—so much so that my husband didn’t even finish his plate.

We also ordered guacamole, which was disappointing. It was watery and overripe. On the other hand, we did enjoy the cheese dip. But if you’re considering the guacamole, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The atmosphere was another letdown. It was too quiet—no music, just an awkward silence where you could hear every conversation around you. To make it worse, they seated everyone right next to each other, despite there being an entire empty room available. It felt like we were sitting at the same table as strangers.

I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to the hype.

The food is good. The service can be hit or miss, not in the aspect of bad service, just attentiveness. I will say we order the same thing every time and somehow our check is never the same. I do think they are not consistent with ringing up the right thing. Overall we love it and will continue to come back.

The food was delicious as always & was served quickly, even though the restaurant was very busy at lunchtime on a Sunday.
