This is a nice Runza! We actually arrived when they were not quite open yet and the gentlemen was happy to serve us. He explained that the door was actually open because they had a family traveling through. They were already kind enough to open for this particular family so I thought that was really nice that he let us come in too! Frings are always hot and fresh! My daughter and I got cheeseburger meals and the buns seemed old maybe? It tasted toasted and stale. But great service and most times I get some specialty burger like Swiss and mushroom and I don't have an issue with the bun. Overall good and glad the option is available out there!

Just stopped for burgers in Geneva NE at 9:30 pm Dec 11 and we were given cold cheese burgers. Didnt realize till driving down the highway 😔. Usually they’re really good. Cheese was cold, bun seemed like it had been in frig, burger had a hint of warmth to it?

You don't even have to go for the Runza, their Swiss cheese mushroom burger is my go-to, and now with frings you can get their crinkle-cut fries with their onion rings if you can't decide on one over the other.

We went through the Runza drive thru tonight for dinner. The customer service was outstanding. The original Runza meal and double cheeseburger meals were fresh, hot and delicious!

On 27-SEP-25 I ordered a spicy jack burger combo, rings, lemonade no ice. Lemonade had ice, no biggie. My burger was cold. The cheese, not even pepper jack, wasn't melted. The bun was cold, the meat was cold. A few of my rings were stuck inside larger rings and weren't cooked all the way through and were cold.

First negative experience at a Runza. The runza had all the meat on one end. That meant one end was all bread and the other had so much meat and juice that it just disintegrated. I requested a new one and same thing. Ordered Frings. Got three onion rings. Fries and rings both cold. Onions inside the rings were crunchy and not fully cooked. I normally like the rings. Runza doesn’t cook them until mushy. There is a bite to them. That’s a good thing. These were crunchy.

Geneva, NE. Had to repeat order multiple times and still had it all wrong. When correcting them when they would read it back, refused to listen and did what they wanted anyway. Had to ask for all of our missing items and our one wrap didn’t even have chicken in it. Terrible experience
