Not gonna lie, Mary Chuy's is Gibbon's best kept secrets! If you like authentic Mexican food you're gonna want to check them out. Salsa is fabulous, but if you're like me and have that nasty cilantro gene ask the waitress for a bowl of freshly made guacamole, you won't be disappointed.

I'm very picky when it comes to food for sure...... But I had the Express Chicken Fajitas, Beans and Rice and they were all absolutely, phenomenal. Out waitress was the greatest, very friendly and helpful, informative and thankfully had a sense of humor. Thank you guys for the amazing food and service. Hope to see you all soon!!

What an amazing experience. The salsa for starters was so fresh and flavorful. The chicken fajitas were flavored perfectly and my beef burrito was so tasty. An amazing little place to dine.
