Abelardo’s Mexican Fresh

We ordered our food and my son and I were sitting down enjoying our food Intel 10:28 am on Oct 30th a ladey ran in and went strait to the counter and was chatting with the staff at first then other staff come out and she was still chatting with them and was almost behind the counter just talking. At first thought no big deal how nice an employee come in on her time off and talk to her friends how nice then she pulls out a vap and looks me strait in my eyes while she puts it to her lips and vaping in the restaurant that just ruined the whole experience why is vaping allowed in there by someone who clearly works there. I dont want that in my food. So gross.

Foods a joke, their grandparents would be ashamed this is what they’re serving as “Mexican food”….decorated cute inside tho if you just want something to look at, but plan on being highly dissatisfied with what they call Mexican food. Taco Bell outs this place to shame if that tells ya anything 🤷‍♀️

This place disgraces the Abelardo’s franchise and mexican food as a whole. Rice they gave me was old and beans had no flavor. Price way to high for the quality you’ll receive.

A restaurant lives or dies by their cook. I've eaten at Abelardo's numerous times since they opened. I've always been happy with the service and the food. Tonight I sat at the drive through window for over 15 minutes with 5 cars backed up behind me. I've had the Green Chilli plate several times in the past and sometimes it's been better than others. Tonight it was disgusting. It didn't look or taste like the same dish. The sauce was runny, the pork looked more like something coarsely ground with large pieces of fat and gristle in it. The rice was dried out and the beans had no taste. I ended up tossing it in the trash. Basically throwing away $20.00 With the number of really good Latin food restaurants in this town, I won't be doing that again.

Food a great nothing wrong there but the last 2 times we came here our order was very messed up. How on earth do you get a side of fries from 2 beef enchiladas?? Waste of money and time.

This place has gone downhill. They burnt the taquitos 🤢 and then barely added any cheese and guac. Do yourself a favor and go to Lina’s instead!

Waited 35 minutes for food. My rice bowl had like 2 grains of rice and the chicken burrito was packed with rice - little bit of chicken. $32 for trash

Great prices on daily specials. All you can eat chips and salsa bar included...
