I moved to the area back in August from Arizona, and have struggled to find quick bites to eat that I actually enjoyed. Not only is their food tasty (I recommend the ground beef nachos, glazed churros, fries with a side of their delicious ranch, and frosted limeades), the vibe inside feels like a cozy, retro throwback. I also want to give special shout outs to the staff who always go above and beyond. You are the biggest reason why I continue and will continue coming back to Amigo’s. To Alexis, Belann, Emily, Gabby, Nayden, and Teresa: thank you for all that you do and making Grand Island feel more like home. Keep up the awesome work! 💪🏼🙏🏼

Drive thru worked stood in front of the window on her phone for 5 minutes without taking payment then proceeds to throw the food in the bag infront of us without no gloves and everything was a mess. Need better customer service for the prices you have.

Very disappointed. No dressing with my salad, and didn't realize it till I had driven off, but he kept my change. Normally I'd give that as a tip, but I wasn't even offered it back.
Much better than going the the other big chain fast food taco restaurants. Only place I go now when I want a quick burrito to go

Service was shitty I ordered a cheese quesadilla a build your own burrito and and a southwest chicken salad. I had to ask 3 times to get a cheese quesadilla and when it came out it was mostly tomatoes and lettuce the fourth times maybe they will get it right. I understand if Ethan the little kid behind the counter needs better social skills and doesn’t do well with people but 4 times on a simple instruction come on. I hope while working here at Amigos he develops better skills. I get it if you hate your job but there needs to be some self pride in what you do.

Cheese frenchie cooked to the point of almost black, this is the second time from the same location sent back and received the same thing back again . Hastings location does not have this issue
