The Southwest Chicken Fajita rolls up is so good, so powerful that it saved my marriage, helped me lose 40 lbs and helped me be #1 in Halo 3 multiplayer. 10/10

I decided to eat inside of the restaurant. The Salsa Bar was removed. You have to pay for your Ranch cups now. The Flies were swooping around my food and I just had to pack up and go home to eat. The food was just average, sorry but wasn't a happy camper.

Terrible! I called because they forgot my nachos after my daughter waited over 20 minutes in the drive through! They were beyond rude! They blamed my daughter for driving off without the food and we’re just awful! I paid over $47 and the food was cold and when I asked to speak to the Manager who was Christine Alvarez, She was even worse! We won’t be returning!!Kid-friendliness: Terrible! Should lose their jobs! Pathetic!

The meal i ordered was the Combo "C". It came promptly and came hot. I suspect my burrito was premade along with the crispito it came with. My grandpa had a Mexican pizza which was tough and didn't seem put together very well. Ranch costs 50 cents each to add on, which is a downgrade from the condiment bar they had previously. Staff were sitting in the restaurant goofing around and a couple had headphones in while working the front. It was clean, but chairs stacked everywhere and the AC blows right onto just about every table making your food turn super cold quick. Don't really recommend coming here.

What a disappointing visit. Our order was 3 tacos, 2 tots, 2 drinks and works nachos. Almost $30. Ordered all with no guac and no sour cream. Nachos were piled with both and 1 taco also had sour cream?? Had to scrape it off cuz you never know what is done to your food if you send it back. The girl at the front counter was pleasant but literally stopped in the middle of giving us our change to use her phone and assumingly answered a text. We were floored! Also don't like that they took out the toppings bar and charge you for extras. We don't plan to return for a long time.

So disappointed! Ordered food and was missing some. At the time the dining room was closed and when I called no one would answer the phone. Tried to email corporate and nothing! No response. I guess no one cares if you get your food or not.

Worst experience for a fast food chain! Took over 45 minutes to sit in the drive thru with 3 other vehicles infront of us. Get our order and missing a drink, which took over 15 minutes to make a smoothie! Just close back down save the trouble

Got here at 12:11pm. On a Sunday. There were 5 cars in the drive thru. I made #6. My husband and I waited over 45 minutes in line to get our food. There were two women coming in and out of the back door during this time to grab stuff from the freezer. One of them was an older woman with burgundy/brunette hair. She was upset because the shed door was shut and proceeded to open the back door and scream at the team working, telling them to leave the shed door open because she didn't want to go back in and grab a key, all while guests were in the drive thru. Completely unprofessional.On top of that, having to wait over 45 minutes in a drive thru is completely unacceptable. I understand management can only lead a team so much, but you can tell the difference between a structured team and total chaos. 10 minutes a car is absolutely ridiculous. No apology for the wait, no please, no thank yous. This was absolutely ridiculous.It took them longer to make my smoothie than it did to eat my food. None of the employees in the kitchen were wearing hats or hair restraints. The only employee wearing an amigos hat was the one working in drive thru. There was only one employee working the cash register that was wearing a hat and it wasn't an amigos hat. It was a beanie. To top that off, she was leaning on the front counter, back to the lobby, not offering any help to anyone else. And not a single soul was wearing GLOVES.At least my food was fresh, but honestly, I think this place was better off being shut down.
