I felt unwanted here.. the lady that took my order seemed irritated that I came there I spent $50 buck for my food to be old the fries seemed like they were burnt i asked for fries no salt. As I watched them cook they left them there for 3 mins as I waited for the burgers they were hard like I got burgers that sat there then finally got my food the lady asked if I wanted sauce I said arby sauce please she grabbed three a tossed them in the bag like she was frustrated. Don't worry I only need one time to be discriminated against won't ever go there again. Rude.. because I like Arby's but to be treated like that.. nooooo thanks.

We were in the restaurant trying to place a mobile order on the app, when a worker, possibly a manager, very rudely said we need to get food or get out of the restaurant. His tone was brash and frankly uncalled for. Will be deciding if I want my hard earned money spent at this establishment... The food was good and another worker I believe her name was Val was fantastic.

Love the food but more often than not they're closed right after dinner due to "staff shortages". Sad to see places waste money on cosmetics (renewed the while building) instead of employee retention.

They gave me a sandwich with raw roast beef. Drove back and told them and he admitted they took it out of the oven early. Then made me a new sandwich with no compensation after giving me raw food. Picture is of the raw meat next to a cooked piece.
