Our order wasn't correct. It was simply the wrong kind of fries, but our jamocha shakes didn't have flavor. I called Arby's and the mouthy little gal that made our order answered the phone. I tried to explain that I was basically calling, so the next shake they made was made correct. Maybe something ran out like a pop machine can with syrup or carbonation. Instead, I got a mouth full of "Let me tell YOU." I could have gone back and had them fix it, but that's such a pain. Here's a picture of the receipt. Let's see if Arby's cares about their customers' feedback. The food is always good here. But I won't tolerate any, "Let me tell you" the customer is always right in most cases. I wasn't rude or placing blame. Just trying to give some feedback.
There was a lady there with 2 small caramel colored chihuahua dogs who was hitting on my husband. He’s a trucker. I went to the restroom and she got out of a red semi, seen my husband and proceeded to walk her dogs right up to my husband and started flirting with him and touching his shirt. I was so angry she left by the time I walked up but not before trying to give him her husband her number. It was then that I noticed a man getting out the front door the semi. There is a truck stop next door could be one of those lot Lizards.

Don't get me wrong, the Arby's food was great. But after sitting in the dining room, and watching a sick male employee coughing all over the place. Not covering or even having a face mask, not even having the decency of using hand sanitizer. I felt bad for the guy too, nobody could hand the poor guy a cough drop to save his life. And to think he was surrounded by female team members. ?

The Grand Island NE location on Web Road is a disgrace to the company image.
I have never recevied food that looks SO DIFFERENT than what is advertized. Too bad for me that the dining room is closed ...(it's drive though only)...I would have returned my food immediately after seeing what I was given. I was disgusted with what I unwrapped after getting home.
I will not go back unless I hear that their management was changed.

Extremely slow service and the chicken was terrible.
Terrible service. One party ahead of me and waited 10 minutes for a 2 for $7 order and nothing else. My order sat on the slide table 3 minutes before being bagged while the staff talked and other activities. I even asked if my order was ready after I saw it setting there. "Not yet was the reply," without even checking. Never had poorer service at Arby's.
