I’ve been here around 5 times, and each time I always receive bad customer service from the same person. The elderly lady in the drive through always acts very rude and makes me not want to come back. Sometimes a smile or something would be nice but she always rushes me.

I had my significant other go in to get coffees. It took 30 minutes for service. I'm a bit disappointed in the experience because it's a ridiculous amount of time and inappropriate. I went in to see what was going on and there were a few men who kept going into the kitchen and back out a lot in that amount of time as well. If it weren't for my significant other's desire for coffee that bad I don't think I would have. I don't think we will be going back for a long while.

The time said it closes at 10 pm there was to ladies and the said it was closed all I wanted was 1 quart of ice cream to take. They said absolutely no. It was 6 :30 pm

Friendly staff, non-dairy options is very important, strawberry streusel oat milk ice cream is excellent, watermelon sorbet is very good, will order those again
