Great atmosphere and food... employees were nice but we had to wait for over a half hour for a table. There were several open tables, so I'm guessing they were just understaffed for the night. At least we could have a beer while we waited!!

Brought my family to this location for my wife’s birthday. It was busy, which is not an issue, it was Saturday and the afternoon. Many families were dining which is to be expected. We were told 10-15 minutes and got seated early. Problem was, that though we were seated early our they were not ready to accommodate our families needs. A high chair. No kids menu. Which makes sense because it was so busy. The reason for the service score is because we were called to our table when obviously the servers were not ready. My wife asked for a cherry coke, to which the waiting staff started that they didn’t serve cherry coke, once again not a problem. I asked if they had grenadine and the waiting staff member said yes, rolled her eyes and walked away. At this point we were still happy with being able to eat wings as we have eaten at this location before and had a great time. My wife asked if they were able to track down a high chair and they started to justify the situation by saying they threw some out. Which wasn’t the question. They were not ready to seat us, and I would be at that moment expected to eat my hot wings with my 1 year old that sticks everything in her mouth on my lap. When the waitress returned I asked for my check, willing to pay for the drinks that sat untouched in the center of the table. My wife and daughter got up and left. I waited for the check. It arrived and the waitress started that they took the drinks off of the check and I said thanks, picked up the receipt and as I was walking out heard her say over the ambience of the room “ kindness can go a long way” and then stormed off. I took my 0$ receipt crumpled it and put it on the front desk before exiting. I never raised my voice, I didn’t make a scene, I simply asked for my check. If it is expected that I order even when not being accommodated I will do that next time, but I feel it would have been rude to eat and give a $0 tip which is what would have happened if I stayed. Her statement also made the neighboring tables look at me, which come on, I’m already not comfortable in public let alone being embarrassed in public because I received poor service. My tip I suppose would be to wait until you can serve a family before you seat them. Once again love the food, the atmosphere and every other staff that I have interacted with in the past there, just this one event and individual caused me to leave this review.

The food was really good the staff started mopping around our table while we was trying to eat and clean. It was 2 and half left before close and the left the mop bucket and mop right beside our table.

The bartender was slow. Had to wait for drinks. The food was dry and looked like it had been under the warmer for a long time. The sauce was even dried out it had been sitting so long.

The service was good but the food was bad. The wing were the smallest dried up wings I ever had. Not even two inches long. The cheese curds came out burnt twice. Second batch I didn’t even say anything but you could clearly see they were burnt. Won’t be back.

called in to place a order,phone was answered, then I was put on hold for 15 minutes....a real professional place. This chain will wonder why they will be out of business in a couple of years. The reason they gave me when they finally answered was that they were busy. This was the Buffalo wild wings in grand island,ne. Don't waste your time or money there. customer service is not a priority there....pathetic!!! There are alot better places to eat than here..

The place is half packed but has a 45min wait... I went solo to this establishment and wanted to sit at the bar. Thinking the bar is open seating and they told me I could not do that. I had to put my name on the list and wait for the families to be seated at the tables. Before I could go and sit at the bar... craziest thing I've ever heard. Pretty sure if the restaurant has a bar available it's open for first come first serve.

I came here and decided to do the blazing challenge. I have done this challenge two times before and successfully completed it. The issue I have is that the wings came out and when I started the challenge the meat was so hot like it just came out of the fryers. They told me that did it on purpose as they try everything to make it hard to do. As I understand the goal is for somebody not to beat it. The challenge is the sauce not the temp of the meat. I might as well have just dumped the sauce on my tongue and stuck it straight in the fryer.

We got to the restaurant and we were seated right away. Took the waitress about 15 minutes to greet us. We ordered a regular chicken wrap with ranch and tater tots and it came out with buffalo sauce on it, no ranch, and fries. Waited an additional 10 minutes to receive the tots. Also ordered 10 boneless wings with wild sauce and received 10 traditional wing instead. Ordered the buy 10 traditional wings get 10 traditional free and did not receive those at all and told the waitress to take them off due to the rest of the table being finished eating and still not receiving the wings.

The waitress did ok the kitchen messed up every order we had! The chicken wrap came out buffalo! The wings came out 45 min late! Fries instead of tot!

Food was really good but the service was not, took like 20 minutes for a refill for my drink, which wasn’t even done by my waitress, my food was not handed to us by our waitress. Our waitress chewed out another employee behind us that we could hear. Then we sat around for another 30 minutes waiting for our check.
