Was sent an email offering BOGO whopper. Promo code did not work through app so went to south Locust Burger King and woman at counter was less then helpful. Asked for manager and she replied "he is back there but will tell you same thing" and never got him for me. Horrible employee making a issue so much worse

I walked across the street to get breakfast here, the staff was friendly and the order was accurate and well packed, they had me on my way asap.
Arrived for a Sunday lunch and I was told there would be “a bit of a wait” when I put in my order (3 meals). We got our food 50 minutes later. There were several workers in the kitchen area and 2 parties ahead of us when we ordered. Not the quick road trip stop we were expecting. Food was fine. Fountain soda was the typical nasty swill BK serves. Will not stop here again.
Ordered a $5 meal deal. Quick to take my money but then I sat at the window for 15 minutes. Nobody came back to tell me anything etc. I have to get back to work. I just drove off without my food. Keep the money, I'll never be back. This is not the first time I've had issues here

Ordered via drive thru. Sat in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. Reached the window and was asked to pull around to the front door for my food. I, and about 6 other vehicles pulled around the front and waited. After about 25 minutes I went inside to find a couple yelling at the staff about waiting 45 minutes for food. There were easily a dozen people waiting for food. The lady at the drive up kept taking orders while two workers, who clearly weren't talking to each other, were not at all motivated to fill orders. I walked out after deciding to eat my $15. Not a good experience at all and after reading past reviews, this doesn't look like it was a one-time occurrence.
