People working were nice but sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. Get to the window and get told to pull to the other side of the building and wait and they’ll bring it out. This was a mobile order (drive through) and I waited over 45 minutes in total before I went inside and asked what was going on. Absolutely wild!

The Burger Kings are very delicious but the staff takes a long time, they should put more staff to be more efficient and the customer will be happier because they are hungry waiting there.
Customer service was amazing when I visited the Locust location. Staff was quick to make my order, and Jen in drive-thru was very helpful and courteous. Will be returning.

I asked for an order to eat at the place and they left me waiting for an hour, all the white people arrived and were taken care of immediately and their orders didn't take 10 minutes, but to me for being colored they didn't even look at me, 1 hour waiting after paying, racism I have indifference to non-white people, slow and bad service, cold hamburger
