Took our order at 7:20 p.m. at drive thru and at 7:50 p.m. still hadn't got to the window...2 cars ahead and 2 cars behind. One left, then other left, then we left....1st car in front of us still at window, did not see anyone come get money or bring food. We went across street to ARBYS and those cars were still waiting.....did workers go home and just leave is there.....not a way to treat customers and I wouldn't give any stars!!!!!!!

I placed a mobile order went to pick it up just to get home and find out they put a chicken on my sandwich that was really old probably on the shelf for a good 5 or 6 hours all burnt and dried also the fries looked really old I had to throw them in the trash and go elsewhere to get food definitely never coming back to this burger King and do not recommend it to anyone

I waited for a long time behind someone. Pulled up, paid for mine and waited for 20-30 minutes with my car running for a Whopper meal and 2 chicken wraps with fries. I ended up with only one wrap and lukewarm food. I believe it was the Manager who brought my food. I told him a truck and a car behind me, waiting in line all this time, had left. Thought they might want to be sure the right orders were delivered. He didn't seem too concerned. I don't know that I will ever go to that Webb Rd store ever again! Ridiculous!!

When I went through the drive thru, it took them 10 minutes to move the line so that I could get up to the speaker. Then another 15 minutes after I got my order taken and finally got to my window and cashed out to even get my food. The fries were soggy and the bun was slightly under toasted and smothered in grease from the burger as I got a number 4 mean large size. The only thing that was worth getting was the drink. No one was all that friendly, didn’t really pay attention to when I needed to ask for sauce. I’m quite disappointed. I thought they were better than this.

Ordered a whopper with ketchup only. But when i got it everything on it. Do these people actually listen to what you say? Because this is not the first time this has happened. The dinning room is always closed. Rude and careless people work here. It's like the owners ,managers and employees don't care anymore.
