Ordered a pizza on the way into work. Pizza was set to be ready for pickup around 535pm. I got to the store at 538pm and asked for my pizza. The gal stated it would be about 7 more min for mine. No big deal as I'd still make it to work on time. At 550pm another gentleman finally helps her and asks names to see where she was at. She stated I'm making his pizza now. So a full 12min went by and she was just starting to make the pizza. App needs to do a better time estimate if they are that far behind as I ordered at 510pm for immediate pickup. I just had to leave. Called the store to cancel my order as I payed ahead and all I could here was the man on the phone and woman working complaining and talking bad about me cancelling. If someone orders pizza from here I highly recommend you choose pay when you pickup so you don't have to wait a week for your money back.

Worker called another worker for a tampon from the bathroom as my son and I waited outside to use the restroom. I am a women I understand women's needs however if you going to loudly call on speaker phone and ask someone for tampon at work maybe do it a little less loudly so someone can't hear you standing outside the door ... there is only one women's bathroom and it was taking awhile for the worker to bring her a tampon so we had to leave to go another gas station restroom ...The worker that checked out my husband seemed like we were wasting her time being there ... this is my first time going to a Casey gas station I'm not impressed hopefully they are not like this

Manager could not refund me for the price of an undelivered pizza and called the police on me for telling her she didn't know what she was doing after giving me a phone number to call corporate. Corporate then only gave me $10 Casey's cash and never refunded my card. Corporate also said they would call me back to ask more questions but never did.

we waited 10 minutes for curbside pickup so we went in and they were talking and standing around and didn’t have our order ready so we waited an hour for our pizza. ALSO i was on the phone with them for 5 minutes and walked in still on hold and there weren’t any phones ringing

I stopped here to put air in my tires when the young guy taking out trash decided to have a cigarette all of 3ft away from me with the wind blowing his smoke at me. When asked to take it somewhere else, he moved a whopping 3ft to his left, the smoke was still blowing at me. You really know how to hire the best.

I give the place a three star, because, sometimes, your cashiers are rude. Doesn't make sense if they aren't at least trying to overcome being there. Getting paid for being rude is a waste of energy.
Breakfast pizza is awesome!! Have ordered many pizzas from Casey's and never had a problem with quality!! Donuts are great too!
