After ordering an $80 to go order I was told to pick it up in 35 minutes. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. Came right home, a 5 minute drive and the entire order was cold! Absolutely aweful! I will be going to Balz next time. Their food is HOT!

We ate dinner there. Food is so good! Server was great! Prime sirloin steak was season and done perfectly. Great baked potato and side salad with it. My husband had the ribs with sweet potatoes fries and coleslaw. He said the ribs are the best he ever had. Sweet potatoe fries were hit and crispy and good coleslaw. Our server so good and attentive.

If you pay with card, be sure to check it carefully to make sure you weren’t overcharged. After giving my server my card to pay, my bank app informed me I had been charged 20% more than the cost of our meal. When I asked the server, she said this was normal because the bill was not known so it was overcharged intentionally. Then when the amount on the line for “total” was written clearly, it was still not entered as the correct amount. I brought this to the attention you the manger the next day. I received all sorts of excuses, and even though the error was refunded, it would seem it would not be difficult to put the amount on the total line correctly. A skill that I would assume to be included in basic server training. I was refunded the error, but do not feel I should have been twice charged the incorrect amount in the same meal.

The waitress are phoney but food are delicious the waitress that thinks she's the boss which she's not is just out to get us tries anyway to get our service dog in trouble we spend so much money there and she tried to get us in trouble once cause it's all there fault and we won on keno she says she's calling the cops and we left forgot didn't have time to eat or cash the tickets so more like they robbed us after spending 60 dollars there on top of our keno well it don't matter anymore we took care of what you caused and that was a definite table scrape ill go spend my money at a better place I already warned you twice it's passed and done and we won't even step a foot plus running and steps on her paw yeah ok it don't matter we learned bad service thanks for nothing goodbye no need to reply or hear another lye
