Everything has went down hill. The chicken is gristly, the meat isn’t edible because it’s so full of fat and they charge so much more than they used to. Horrible. I used to love chipotle. Now me and my kids have to throw our food away because it’s not edible.

I've ordered from this place several times. I put my order in online and pick it up. The guacamole costs extra, but it's delicious so I always order the guac. They conveniently never remember to add it to my order. I've literally never gotten guac unless I go back and tell them it wasn't in my order. That's my only problem with this place. Guac isn't cheap either. The food is great otherwise, but I'm tired of getting ripped off. I'll be going to Qdoba from now on where the guac is free anyway.

About the time this location had first opened, the store manager needed to be fired. Order delivered was wrong & once I arrived at the store(defeating the purpose of delivery), the store manager became annoyed with having to remake the order & was rude. He then proceeded to call the cops for whatever reason & attempted to approach me in a threatening manner(overconfident since police were en route). Police arrived & had to interfere with his approach as I continued to exercise restraint. Sad when even other employees expressed looks of disgust towards their manager. Rightfully so.

Chipotle has always been my go to place to eat in Grand Island. But today was so disappointing. My guacamole was brown, my chips were very stale and when I went to pull my food out of bag there was a spider crawling around my food.
