Everything has went down hill. The chicken is gristly, the meat isn’t edible because it’s so full of fat and they charge so much more than they used to. Horrible. I used to love chipotle. Now me and my kids have to throw our food away because it’s not edible.

I've ordered from this place several times. I put my order in online and pick it up. The guacamole costs extra, but it's delicious so I always order the guac. They conveniently never remember to add it to my order. I've literally never gotten guac unless I go back and tell them it wasn't in my order. That's my only problem with this place. Guac isn't cheap either. The food is great otherwise, but I'm tired of getting ripped off. I'll...

Food is normally pretty decent. Can be hit or miss. This time they rolled my burrito so that one entire end was all of the guacamole and sour cream. You basically ate through one ingredient at a time.
