(TLDR: This place is GREAT!)
I'm a dog trainer who does consultations at Culver's so I can meet people before I go into their homes. It is always clean, I feel safe, the people are always friendly, and it smells so good that my clients often stay and eat once we're done. I have consistently gotten hot food that tastes like it was freshly cooked and made, not pulled out of a warmer bin. (That's extra impressive considering I order the fried chicken sandwich, which takes longer to cook.) I love the concrete mixers and the options they have for flavors. (dip your fries in one!)
My one and only complaint is that they've stopped having artificial sweetener available. (I feel every restaurant should have artifical sweetener. Diabetics like sweetened iced tea, too.)
Don't forget to check their pint freezer for amazing ice cream options before you leave - my favorites are the blueberry cheesecake and the raspberry lemon... and even when those aren't available, there are always several good flavors to choose from.

Had cheese curds they were not that great. My son went up to get his free kids ice cream and that took forever so went back up then they gave him 2 ice creams which was okay cause I have 2 sons.

Wife and I getting her tires rotated at Discount Tire on her Ram 1500 a while waiting decided to get something to eat. So we walked next door to Culver’s to try it out, having never been here before. The assistant behind the counter was very friendly and polite. We ordered our food and in no time at all it was brought out to us. Excellent flavor, tender and juicy. We will be back good food, clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Thanks

Trash experience both drive through workers night of 9/11 should be let go after laughing at me at the window and when I puled up and waited for my food then sunk down and hid after realizing I was watching them the whole time. Managers at this store should do better and at this time aren’t good at their job if staff treats customers this way

I love this place but I’ve had many awful experiences with PAIGE. She is EXTREMELY rude every single time we go there to eat. She rolls her eyes and is very unprofessional. We could hear her screaming at her co workers from our table. I refuse to go there if I see Paige before entering the building. And the fact that she is the manager of this establishment is awful!! She’s not qualified to be the manager. I’ve seen her sit around and just yell at people. We went through the drive through before too and could hear her yelling through the microphone. Very unprofessional.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Placed a $100 order and had it in 3 minutes. WOW!! The food was fresh and delicious!! The customer service team is the best!! Love the butter burgers, onion rings, cheese curds, and malts!! Eat here! You will not regret it!

Ordered Hi-Cs, got ice teas, can understand that one and they corrected it. Ordered the cod and got a cod sandwich?! Had to wait 10 minutes to get food, only 1 other car in drive thru. Got home and was seriously disappointed. This was 2nd time there and 2nd time not happy. Very pricey for something that isn't ever right
