Ordered a quart of vanilla and a quart of twist ice-cream. Got a quart of vanilla and a quart of chocolate. No I did not want to make my own twist. Do they not have a nozzle that does both at once?

I avoid this location, I usually go to the South Locust location because the ice cream is usually almost melted by the time it gets to the window. I only go if I want a shake or a root beer freeze. I don’t get it, I’m not sure why the ice cream is colder at the other location, but I will drive 5 miles out of the way to go there.

I wanted something a bit different, and the lady at the desk was able to come up with something for me that was different and was accommodating to my dietary needs!

Usually our food is great and we have great service… but tonight our food was honestly inedible I had about 5 fries in my basket and the gravy was straight water. The girl at the window was very kind but we spent almost $40 dollars for food that was no good :(

The food was great but I want to give a shout out to Gus. A great employee that showed exemplary customer service. He greeted us the minute we arrived at the counter to order, brought our food to our table and continued to ask if we needed anything else. He was seen cleaning tables and sweeping when not needed at the counter. A strong work ethic and a nice young man.

Good deals, specials, begginers working and learning to make cones, thatd a skill, love to see youth starting out. Staple in community.
