Eileen's always great! Just wish there was more variety like the specialty cookie stores in Lincoln.

I just tried contacting the Lincoln store at 84th St and the person taking my order couldn't understand how to spell my child's name after saying 6 times. I even alpha spelled it out. Very frustrating therefore lost my confidence in thinking they could complete my order.

Great cookies. Didn't see any snickerdoodles. But guess what had fresh ones in the back. Made my day.

It would be nice if they would introduce a couple of new cookies, something different, if not full time at least for special holidays. A coffee machine would be great too.

We had Eileen's Colossal Cookies do a private cookie decorating event for our Kansas Ladies Freemasons Group at Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan KS. The whole experience was amazing! Jared and his cookie decorators are so talented. We learned a lot and had a ton of fun! Thank you Eileen's Colossal Cookies for a exceptional evening! By the way the cookies are exceptional too!

Recently purchased our son's giant Birthday cookie at Eileen's per his wishes and it turned out great! Ordered one of their Husker designs. Browsing the iPad for selections was helpful! We have also ordered customs designs in the past and they have always looked great. We like to stop in for their seasonal cookies and regular ones as well. Have always had kind and professional help from the employees there and recognize some great kids (and adults) working hard. Our favorites are the frosted chocolate chip cookies, molasses when they're available and the peanut butter chocolate chip!

staff was amazing except someone named Melissa I heard she’s manager did not like her “ funny comment” nor her attitude she got towards me when I asked for a different color
