The amazing brunch here really brightens our day! Diner was very cosy, service was top notch, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Food was super delicious and we get to try gravy with biscuits for the 1st time, it was lovely! Thank you for the great experience adding on to our trip in Nebraska!
Just like home, just like family. Came to GI for junk jaunt 3 years ago. We stopped at this cafe, because I like supporting local business's and its fun to meet and talk to the locals. Man... this stop was spot on. Loving folks, owner and staff. PLUS the locals.. we had a ball sitting there visiting with everyone... Solo, I made a trip thru Grand Island at a later date, so made a point to stop in. They remembered me... it had been nearly a year since was there....
The atmosphere reminds me of a small town cafe, which is a big bonus to me! Their food is great, especially the homemade gravy! My only complaints are that the coffee is very weak (tasted more like flavored water) and they precook the bacon to warm it up later (the bacon is still good, just not as good as if it were actually made to order)...
