I heard great things about Fuji so I had to try it. The tempura batter is too thick, too heavy and soaked up a lot of oil! The salad was brown and soggy. Everything else was wonderful, full of flavor and fresh! 3 stars but I will try it again and update review.
Great service on a Saturday night. Our waiter was nice & attentive! We didn't do hibachi so can't speak to that. Yakisoba was very salty, as well as the lobster order. We couldn't finish our food due to that. Otherwise it's the same as other hibachi sushi place, except our experience here was not worth over $200 bucks. Chef should do a taste test every now & then for balance.
One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been able to visit. Who know Grand Island could hide such a gem?!? ?? food and service was amazing. It was quick and entertaining and some of the best food you can find for miles around.
