Late breakfast at IHOP this afternoon, in Stevenson Ranch, CA, taking advantage one of the four $7 menu items. It was my gal's idea, actually; I wasn't thrilled, as I have had a few off experiences with IHOP food, but she needed to eat asap (after a medical procedure), so off we went. Admittedly, the Stevenson Ranch location is clean, quiet, well-groomed; that's about it. My order of scrambled eggs w/cheese, bacon, hash browns was nearly inedible. The bacon tasted rancid and over-cooked; the eggs had big chunks of uncooked cheese, most unappetizing; the hash browns were tasteless. I left most of the food on the plate; I should have sent it back. My gal had the pancakes, eggs, bacon--- with hash browns that appeared accidentally. She said it was just ok, but she was hungry. The decaf coffee, for $3.99, was passable only, and maybe not even. Even though we got the $7 "specials," the bill, plus tip, was still $28, which for the awful food, is no longer a "bargain." I advised our waitress, when asked how our meals were, that they were less than satisfactory; she smiled and took my credit card. All-in-all, quite frankly, we will never return to IHOP.

My fiancé went to the IHOP on Warden road this evening. It wasn’t busy and he was ignored. He just happened to be wearing a sheriffs deputy shirt. He sat quietly for 30 minutes and wasn’t spoken to or waited on. We used to love IHOP but apparently that location has decided to join those who look down on our law enforcement. I hope that’s not the case. We won’t be back.

My family went into IHOP last night and there was several tables that had drinks and looked to be waiting on their food.
There was a server we heard her say her name was Sierra and she was taking an order and I the manager checking on all the tables and explaining that she was sorry for the wait on their food.
She then came to our table and introduced herself as Lisa and she gave us options for drinks and we told her we were ready to order and she took our order and in just a few minutes she came back with our drinks.
Sierra and Lisa were constantly checking on all of the tables and saying sorry for the delay on the food.
If we could give more than five stars for the service of Lisa and Sierra we would most definitely do that. It isn't their fault that our food and other patrons food wasn't out. Maybe your kitchen needs more experienced cooks so the servers don't look like they are failing. My family and others in the restaurant do not blame the service.

Eggs that were supposed to be over easy were hard
Waitress never checked on us
Butter on only 1 pancake , was so hard the pancake fell apart trying to butter it
I was on a schedule and didn't have time to complain ... couldn't have anyway no one came around, so we just ate it. Very disappointed!!!!

Not great. The hashbrowns and pancakes both had a chewy odd texture. The servers too our order and we never saw her again. Food and service were poor.

Food took forever to come out and manager/supervisor is screaming at workers which everybody in dinning area can hear and is very unprofessional, that’s not how a restaurant should operate. Would not recommend

Went with a buddy today, say down got a burger and fries and he got some pancakes with hash browns,

The burger was somehow dry, and tasted like nothing, but the two bites i had was enough to make me nauseous,

My buddies food, his hashbrowns were raw, he couldnt even eat a single bite of them,

Manager did comp the meal, but other then that, i wouldnt eat here,

Bonus, 2 meals was 42$ ihop isnt worth that much folks.
