I had a pick up order. The whole order wasnt there, the fruit was mush and avocado was brown mush. It was also extremely cold. I won't be back. I paid a lot of money for something I couldn't eat. Also there was no itemized receipt for proof.

I’ve tried iHOP several times in Dubai, but this was my first time trying it in Canada! I’d been waiting for a halal menu, and finally got to try it last Sunday for breakfast with my group around 10:30 am.
We ordered the Egg Benedict Spicy Polano, Avocado Toast, Big Steak Omelette, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Vanilla Creamy Cold Foam Brew, Coffee, and Chicken Fajita Omelette.
It's a great spot with plenty of options. Our server, Jai, was very friendly and prompt, and the order was taken with perfect accuracy something that often gets messed up at other places when we go out as a large group!

The second we walked in the waitress had a face of thunder, looked us up and down with out saying anything as my friend asked for a table- pointed to a table and put menus down then walked off. After another waitress appeared same dull look on her face- not a friendly inviting waitress you see everywhere else. Asked what drinks we wanted then went off to get them. When she came back she was on the phone via beats earphones arranging her evening events placing all the drinks in front of one person to then move about the table where they belonged. The table was dirty and sticky, the menus were sticky and covered in dried food, the floor had crayons, food and paper straw covers all about- there were 3 members and not one was cleaning whilst we were the only people there. After being there for 10 minutes and seeing all the above we left as I refused to eat and allow my family to eat in such a filthy environment. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been unfortunate enough to enter. Don’t go there and waste your time money or your health.

The waitress we had was not paying attention to go off subject which is trying to place an order we had to get a manager to find our drinks replace our food order no writing of anything down when I ordered a cheese omelette with sausage I got it there was no cheese and it was cold my hash brown was cold send it back by the time I got it back it was time to go

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Late breakfast at IHOP this afternoon, in Stevenson Ranch, CA, taking advantage one of the four $7 menu items. It was my gal's idea, actually; I wasn't thrilled, as I have had a few off experiences with IHOP food, but she needed to eat asap (after a medical procedure), so off we went.
Admittedly, the Stevenson Ranch location is clean, quiet, well-groomed; that's about it.
My order of scrambled eggs w/cheese, bacon, hash browns was nearly inedible. The bacon tasted rancid and over-cooked; the eggs had big chunks of uncooked cheese, most unappetizing; the hash browns were tasteless. I left most of the food on the plate; I should have sent it back.
My gal had the pancakes, eggs, bacon--- with hash browns that appeared accidentally. She said it was just ok, but she was hungry.
The decaf coffee, for $3.99, was passable only, and maybe not even.
Even though we got the $7 "specials," the bill, plus tip, was still $28, which for the awful food, is no longer a "bargain."
I advised our waitress, when asked how our meals were, that they were less than satisfactory; she smiled and took my credit card.
All-in-all, quite frankly, we will never return to IHOP.

My fiancé went to the IHOP on Warden road this evening. It wasn’t busy and he was ignored. He just happened to be wearing a sheriffs deputy shirt. He sat quietly for 30 minutes and wasn’t spoken to or waited on. We used to love IHOP but apparently that location has decided to join those who look down on our law enforcement. I hope that’s not the case. We won’t be back.

My family went into IHOP last night and there was several tables that had drinks and looked to be waiting on their food. There was a server we heard her say her name was Sierra and she was taking an order and I the manager checking on all the tables and explaining that she was sorry for the wait on their food. She then came to our table and introduced herself as Lisa and she gave us options for drinks and we told her we were ready to order and she took our order and in just a few minutes she came back with our drinks. Sierra and Lisa were constantly checking on all of the tables and saying sorry for the delay on the food. If we could give more than five stars for the service of Lisa and Sierra we would most definitely do that. It isn't their fault that our food and other patrons food wasn't out. Maybe your kitchen needs more experienced cooks so the servers don't look like they are failing. My family and others in the restaurant do not blame the service.

Food was cold Eggs that were supposed to be over easy were hard Waitress never checked on us Butter on only 1 pancake , was so hard the pancake fell apart trying to butter it I was on a schedule and didn't have time to complain ... couldn't have anyway no one came around, so we just ate it.
