I’ve tried iHOP several times in Dubai, but this was my first time trying it in Canada! I’d been waiting for a halal menu, and finally got to try it last Sunday for breakfast with my group around 10:30 am.

My family went into IHOP last night and there was several tables that had drinks and looked to be waiting on their food.
There was a server we heard her say her name was Sierra and she was taking an order and I the manager checking on all the tables and explaining that she was sorry for the wait on their food.

I was on vacation this week and stopped in to get a bite to eat before heading back in for the night! Apparently we were in the way and the whole experience was just rushed. The server Lisa was rude and I guess she had better things to do than her job serving. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. This place is close to where I was staying so I decided to give this IHOP another try on Thursday. In hopes not to interact with that manager/sever. I’m glad I did. Kiya was superb...
