I was on vacation this week and stopped in to get a bite to eat before heading back in for the night! Apparently we were in the way and the whole experience was just rushed. The server Lisa was rude and I guess she had better things to do than her job serving. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. This place is close to where I was staying so I decided to give this IHOP another try on Thursday. In hopes not to interact with that manager/sever. I’m glad I did. Kiya was superb...

Went into the restaurant today with my family and had kiya as our server. She was very sweet and attentive! The manager is believe her name was steph or stephanie and she came to check on us and seen she stopped at the tables around us. It was nice to see this! Great job guys we will be eating there again. BTW that was the first time I have ate at an ihop.
