Took an hour to deliver my order 5 minutes away. The time before that took 45 minutes. Seems pretty unreasonable to take that long with how close the delivery location was.

For Jimmy John's being freakishly fast, they were horribly slow. I ordered it online half hour before arriving at the store and then waited 20 minutes for them to make it. Completely unacceptable. This is the second time I've ordered from this location in the last three days and for $13, the sandwich was tinier than I've ever had at a Jimmy John's anywhere in the United States. Definitely not happy and will not go back to this location. Typically, Jimmy John's makes fantastic sandwiches and they are freakishly fast.

I had ordered jimmy John’s on Uber eats, and was given the wrong order at my door. As I called jimmy johns to inform them about the mishap the guy on the phone had told me the Uber guy had carelessly grabbed it without asking for a name.(L Uber eats guy) but jimmy John’s had called me a second time and offered to have them deliver the correct order to me since they had felt bad even offering to remake the sandwich as well. Idk who the gentleman on the phone was but he was a very kindhearted guy. (5 star service fr) oh and the beach club sandwich is good asf.👍

Prepare to have a long wait time. Ordered two little John's (kid sandwiches) took 20mins and the wait line to grab your food was all the way to the restrooms. Do not reccomend for a lunch break. South locust location is alot quicker. Food was great though and staff was really friendly.

My husband and I went to this Jimmy John's in Grand Island 7/9/24 @ 6pm.We have been there many times before, the store had 4 people ahead of us. We had waited for our sandwiches for 15 minutes after 15 minutes we were told that they were out of tomatoes and that it would be another 30 minutes before they would have tomatoes we told them we would just take our sandwiches without tomatoes after getting our sandwiches the bread was very dry to the point of almost Burnt and the store was very untidy. The people working there just acted like it was an inconvenience for them to be there and one lady behind the counter had long hair and constantly was flipping her long ponytail.
The crew had my food ready before I even finished paying! Very pleased!
